I'VE USED THE PRODUCT BEFORE AND IT WORKS GREAT. NOW I'M A REPEAT USER AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE.

When I called Biocide to ask some questions so I could place an order my call was not returned. When I sent an email to ask the shipping manager about shipping options I did not receive an email response. I ordered an apartment managers 10 pack of room shockers and I also ordered two car shockers. I received 12 room shockers and no car shockers.

So excited to receive package, but as soon as I removed the packet from the container, the packaging ripped rendering the product unsafe for use.

The product genuinely worked and I would buy it again if I ever moved. Totally took care of decades of cigarette smoke odor.

Accidentally left some meat in the trunk of my new car in the hot Georgia summer. Well the new smell went to decomposing meat. I wasn’t sure that smell would ever go away until my brother mentioned your product. Bought it and followed the directions and the smell is gone. The “new” car smell isn’t back but it has a clean/fresh smell.

Absolutely did not work. Didn’t do anything towards the odor. I dumped the water on the product. It started to fizzle. I closed up the doors. 18 hours later…still had the odor at the same level of stench. Very disappointed!!

I was desperate to find something to get skunk smell out of my house after my sweet dog confused a skunk for a kitten and got sprayed dead on...in her chest. She is a border collie/Australian shepherd mix...so LOTS OF FUR...she carried the smell on her even after many baths... bleach water mopping my floors, and wiping down walls and doorways everywhere, I gave extra cleaning details where the worst skunk smell was. I also bought Skunk OFF spray and shampoo from Chewy... Skunk OFF sprayed after using biocide... And airing out my house ... Worked amazingly! It's been a week since the skunk sprayed her, and it is the first day since that I didn't get overwhelmed by skunk in my house! Biocide is easy to use and doesn't leave your house smelling weird afterwards. It really smells like chlorine, and that was a very pleasant change from skunk! I bought a 4 pack. I used 2 for about a 450 square foot room, vinyl floors. I have 2 more for future use. But I will buy more if needed for any other unwanted smells in my life...and I will tell all my friends about Biocide!!!

First product I've ever seen that truly restores the "New Car" smell.. to be honest, smelling it almost made me cry happy tears.

We have been fighting a mold/mildew issue in our car for months now, and finally got the leak under control recently.. but we couldn't get the mold and mildew smell out no matter what we tried. Disappointed. Now to see how this company addresses their guarantee. I purchased this product due to the below description AND GUARANTEE. Room Shocker did not rid my space of nasty smells...didn't even touch the odor. Each container covers 400 sf. The space I needed clean air was 1200 sf. I purchased 4 (1600 sf of cleaner) to do the job. AGAIN...didn't even touch the smell.... Didn't even lessen the smell. Guaranteed to work...did not work so how good is that guarantee. Followed directions and believed their sales pitch but was a waste of money. THE PRODUCT DOESNT LIVE UP TO WHAT IT SAYS IT CAN DO. BOTTOM LINE... TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️.

For hard surface deodorization, guaranteed to work

I ordered this product last Tuesday (8 days ago) and paid for priority shipping with tracking. It has not even been shipped yet and when I emailed the company I received no reply.

The product was delivered when promised and worked exceptionally well. The odor was completely eliminated. Thank you.

Fast shipping and this stuff works. I ordered the house clear out for a dead animal we had. And I ordered the skunk wash and it did a great job of removing most of odor on my husky. One more treatment and it should be gone.

I have called for the past 2 days and have yet to get an answer, only that we will call you back. We have yet to receive the order that was placed almost 2 weeks ago..

My husband is allergic to artificial fragrance, which is in most cleaning products. I purchased a used vehicle in 2021 that had been well-maintained. There were lingering cleaning fumes from the products that were used. The Auto Shocker took care of the odors, and the chlorine smell subsided within a couple of days.
