I’ve been using the prebiotic powder and probiotic capsules from Biotikur for about a month after taking antibiotics, and I’m honestly thrilled with the results. My digestion feels completely back to normal, no more bloating or upset stomach after eating. The powder tastes like a mild tomato juice, which I genuinely enjoy, and it’s even helped me increase my daily water intake. Overall, I’m super happy with how effective and easy this routine has been. I can absolutely recommend it!

I began to notice significant changes in my belly bloating after two months of using it, and I have been using it for three years now. It took several months but I finally started seeing the positive effects on my gut and skin. No more bloating and I feel much lighter overall! My skin also looks much better than before.

Customer service is great and I love the small (but impactful) improvements like the mixer and stainless steel scoop.

I love my Biotikur, I used to get bloated and have skin issues but slowly I'm getting control of my gut. It can be a bit pricy for some people, but if you can afford it, DO IT! I've been using Biotikur for maybe two years now (sorry I don't remember exactly when I started) and I'm not going anywhere.

It really helped rebalance my gut health! Now I cannot start the day without! Top customer service, too, which is not a given.

My gut health, digestion and metabolism have considerably improved since following the routine in February 2024. I have managed my chronic inflammation as well. This, of course, is complemented by proper nutrition, exercise, and good sleeping habits -- as you cannot really out-supplement bad habits and poor diet. I would say Biotikur is a great tool to have in the box.

Customer service was great. The product tasted nice and the first week the probiotics helped my digestion and my stool. but after a few months, I honestly don´t feel those effects anymore and I´m back to where I was before I started. The bloating never subsided either. So I will stop it to see if there´s any difference. I think it was too expensive also.

I have a very bad IBS and i was concerned at first when i just started using it as it was causing some issues, specially when i started taking the triple portion after Day 10.

I've been a customer for almost 2 months now. The bloating has reduced drastically although not totally, which is great, because it used to be very bad for me. I'm still concerned about the long-term effects of constantly exposing my gut to foods that trigger it, but I do believe it should get better as the exposure is small, so I hopefully see how things that used to trigger will no longer cause the problem.

So far I have been so happy with this product and the improvements i have seen. Also i am reaching over 40g per day on fiber which i have never ever had.

One things that surprised me was that I'm sleeping so much better now. I also suffer from severe sleep apnea and my sleep quality has been mid for a long time. Now i can see in my scores how it is much higher, and most importantly, i feel much better and well rested than before.

I would definitely recommend this even to someone suffering from IBS.

I am using Biotikur for almost 2 years now. There are 2 reasons why I love it and use it on a daily basis:
1: I am not hungry in the morning at all but it is important to get my body started with some vitamins and nutrients so I just simply mix the powder with plant based milk and I am good to go until lunch.
2: Eventhough I am skinny I have always had problems with bloating. Since Biotikur I could go down a size in jeans while keeping my weight just cuz I got rid of the bloating. Absolutely amazing!
