Message à tous les anciens clients et ou clients de bipi , sachez que cette société nâa plus de fournisseur automobile, ayvens et une autre société ne travaille plus avec bipi , bipi ne reversait pas les loyers aux fournisseurs, conséquences plus de possibilités de changer de vehicule et plus de nouveaux clients .

Tras varios años con ellos (entrego mi segundo vehÃculo) el trato para entregar mi último vehÃculo ha sido una vergÃŒenza, un trato de su departamento de calidad horrible, malas maneras, ausencia de explicaciones y un argumento a la hora de reclamarme el vehÃculo con meses de antelación que como cliente con años en la empresa a mi parecer lamentable. No recomiéndo esta empresa a nadie que busque un vehÃculo de renting ya que su profesionalidad deja mucho que desear.

Au début tout se passait bien , mais depuis quelques mois difficile d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone, ou même par mail : demande de changement de pneus fait en ligne par 3 fois aucune réponse.. aprÚs 15 jours et 3 appels on me propose de prendre rendez vous chez leur partenaire Euromaster.. rendez vous pris il faut 3 semaines pour commander mes pneus .. soit j'attends . Je me présente au rendez vous fixé , je fais déplacer une personne pour m'emmener au travail..une autre pour me ramener car pas de prêt de véhicule pour une journée...encore ok ..et la Bipi n'a pas envoyé les documents donc je repart avec ma voiture. 3 appels plus tard pour avoir quelqu'un on me dit que le service technique est surbooké ok mais 3 semaines pour un mail ça laisse un peu de marge .. on me dit a 9 h10 que je peut emmener la voiture.. chose impossible étant au travail .. on me dit de prendre rendez vous au plus vite car en cas de panne ou crevaison., les frais seront à ma charge on me propose un formulaire à remplir mais même pas un petit geste commercial de proposer pour les déplacements dans le vent. Je reprends rendez vous 1 mois et 1 semaine plus tard ( premier rendez vous disponible pour moi avec les ponts de mai), je refais déplacer quelqu'un pour m'emmener au travail de nouveau ,et la appel 30 min plus tard de la société des pneus qui m'annonce que ils n'ont pas les pneus et ne pourront pas en avoir .. je rappelle Bipi pour savoir ce que je dois faire avec mes pneus usés, un jeune homme blasé me dis que le service technique me contactera dans la journée.. bien sûr aucun retour de personne . J'ai essayé d'appeler une dizaine de fois dans la journée. Le même répondeur qui dis en boucle que la société est fermé pourtant leurs horaires indique une ouverture de 9 a 18 heures en semaine ? Bref ce long avis pour montrer le peu de cas que fais Bipi de ses clients ..Je suis cliente depuis prÚs de 4 ans avec la même voiture

When you have a problem with this company they will respond giving the same standard customer service number that gets you nowhere. We have a car that we have been trying to return for weeks. They turned it off, told us we need to return it, and then ghost us for weeks on where to go, how to return it (since they bricked it remotely) and keep relentlessly trying to bill us. I assume they are about to go bankrupt because they are outright just scamming customers and don't even want their cars back. Less inventory for the creditors to have to sell! So please, please don't rent from them. If they are happy to brick their cars, make customers keep them, and just keep draining their bank accounts, in my opinion we about to see their 'going into administration' news in the headlines soon.

Todo lo que comentan en otros comentarios es cierto. La experciencia ha sido mala en general. Te hacen firmar el acta de entrega y devolución en una PDA sin que la leas, luego vienen las sorpresas. El coche se entrrgó limpio, por fuera se lavó antes de ir a entregarlo. Me cobran mas de 100 euros por limpieza exterior e interior. Me lo justifican haciendo fotos ampliadas donde se ve algún pelo. La persona que revisó el coche a la entrega me dijo "está todo bien" y ahora vienen las sorpresas. Si me hubiese dicho que me iban a cobrar por la "suciedad", no tardaba más de 5 minutos en dejarlo perfecto porque estaba bastante limpio. El exceso de kilometraje es a 0,22 euros por km. Cuando les escribà diciendo que necesitaban ampliar mi contrato y aumentar los kms me respondieron directamente con la factura de exceso de kms antes incluso de finalizar el contrato. Por supuesto, ante esta respuesta decidà no ampliarlo. Tampoco en ningún momento respondieron a mi pregunta de como poder ampliarlo en tiempo y cantidad de kms, su respuesta fue únicamente la factura.
Como ya comentan otros usuarios, la atención al cliente brilla por su ausencia. Se dedican a responder con copia y pega (como el texto que pondrán luego a este comentario diciendo que mi opinión es importante y que contacte con ellos).
La baliza v16 me la entregaron dos meses tarde. El coche tenÃa 100.000 kms cuando me lo entregaron y algunos defectos. La verdad, no recuerdo nada que diga "que bien ha sido esto".
Os recomiendo mirar otras alternativas de alquiler
P.D: Ahora escribirán diciendo que mi opinión es importante y que contacte con ellos. Sres. de BIPI, si estoy escribiendo esta reseña es porque ya contacté con ustedes y mi opinión no fué importante. Si lo hubiese sido no estarÃa aquà escribiendo. Tampoco queréis mejorar, es mentira, si quisieseis mejorar no estarÃa escribieno por lo mismo que otros usuarios han escrito hace ya mucho tiempo. No estás mejorando en nada.

Absolute scammers!!!! BE very very careful. We paid a deposit for our car 5 and a half years ago. It was for a long term hire and the deposit was well over â¬1,000! We recently terminated the contract. Despite having changed our account for the monthly payments for 5 years, and we reminding them to make the refund to the updated account details, they sent it to the old account which no longer exisits. Now they are telling us they cannot refund the deposit to any other account, other than the one we paid from. Absolutely bullshit. So they could take money from our new account for 5 years but not refund to the same ???? We will be reporting you to the Ayuntamiento as well as the EU Consumer Rights Centre! A very dishonest business!

Unbelievable. This is ILLEGAL! We will be reporting you to both the EU Consumer Centre as well as OMIC and the Junta de Andalucia. We have been very patient waiting since 7 April. First you wanted to charge us extra mileage even though it was in our agreement ( WRITTEN ) that our unused mileage was transferred. Then you took your time refunding to an account that has been closed despite the fact that we had REMINDED you to refund to the correct account, details of which you had on file for years.

Worst company ever. Logged a complaint 6 months ago left lots off emails. I've rang customer service and I get told the same answer it will be sorted.. I am now in the position to change cars as I've had it six months and told today it's not possible as they have no cars available due to company restructure. I think the company is going under. Ik heb onze financieel afeling gevraagd of ze het deel van de borg zouden terug kunnen boeken en dat kan helaas niet . Zij zeggen dat het borg wordt altijd gemaakt op de rekening waarmee de klant heeft betaals tenzij deze eerst ons laat weten dat het elders moet .
Ik begrijp dit ook niet zo goed maar die zijn de regels en ik maak ze helaas niet.
Ik begrijp dat dit frusterend kan zijn maar kan je kan met deze ARN code (82644316126500022590606) naar je oude bank en ze zullen het bedrag overmaken op de rekening dat je aan hen doorgeeft .
Als je Vind dit niet redelijk en je wilt juridisch stappen nemen , zoals je telfonisch had vermeld, dan laat je advocaat een emails naar dit email adres sturen en onze advocaat zal contact me hem/haar opnemen.
Dit is het best ik kan doen , ik weet dat het is niet wat je verwacht maar op die manier krijgt je wel je geld terug . Ik heb gevraagd of ze zou ¡den terug kunnen boeken en op de nieuwe rekening overmaken en ze zijden dat het niet kan.

Ho avuto con loro 2 macchine : una Citoen C4 Aircross e un Peugeot 2008. Valuto positivamente la mia esperienza nonostante qualche "intoppo" a livello di customer care comunque risolto. Dispiace che il servizio ora non sia più dispinibile, penso per politiche aziendali sulle quali non entro nel merito perché non le conosco. Auguro a tutti i dipendenti con i quali sono entrato in contatto un sincero in bocca al lupo per il futuro.

If I could rate this a negative score I would.
I would NOT reccomend this service to anyone. You can't get a hold of anyone and every time I needed to report an emergency /needed recovery/ help you cannot get a hold of everyone so everything came out of my own pocket. They have then taken well over a month to return my deposit of which they have added extra charges for unknown reasons. DO NOT USE!

Not to be trusted. Customer service does not exist. They make up costs and never provide documentation to back them up. Even though subscription is paid they turn off your car. You can't get an answer from them in any sort of emergency.

The saga continues - still awaiting a response from Bipi over a contractual issue. They never ring.
But two things people should be aware of: they are owned by Renault (Renault Mobility) who bought them a few years ago for 100 million euros, or so the media reported, and since then, they have never been profitable. The media said last year that the losses were around four million. I guess that the co-founders are on an earnout and will use any tactic going to make themselves profitable - so full gas on the sales team, trash the customers service team and reward those who generate more revenue from each account.
I think people who are in the same situation as me, and there are many of use (see Redditt for example), should also contact Renault Mobility and whoever actually owns the car, and make them aware of how Bipi is running their company.
That's my update, here is my previous post.
Second thing, especially in Spain, they don't own the cars - they don't own their fleet. They are middlemen. They rent most of their cars from Athlon which causes all sorts of trouble when getting the car serviced, or new tyres for example. If anyone asked me, I would say never use this company, you'll regret if you do. By far the worst experience I've ever had and that's saying something!
If someone was asking me about using Bipi, I would say, from my experience, don't do it. I've had two cars, over five years in Spain, and I can't wait to finish my contract. Again, from my experience, they have lied to me and threatened me on numerous occasions, and have tried to take money from my account when we have agreed otherwise.
I plan to detail my whole experience with them, once I am over this nightmare, but really, really, be careful with this company.
And the one funny thing, once this comment goes up, they will post answer saying please talk to our customer service department - they are rarely there!
And there it is, the standard apology on my review. They will not speak to you because they cannot justify their actions. I feel sorry for those that work there, the place is a joke.
