Déplorable depuis 2 ans...le 9 mars je simule sur le site mes kms pour savoir où j'en était comme auparavant, je dépasse et reçois un mail de faire attention, bref tout va bien... quelques jours plus tard, mail, je dois plus de 700 ⬠pour dépassement de kms alors qu'il me reste 21 loyers, je leur réponds que non , je vais reguler pour revenir a un kilométrage normal en 21 mois trÚs trÚs faisable, et là , mails de menace, que c'est pas aux clients de décider , menace de justice et d'avocats etc...trÚs violent !!!, je campe sur mes positions et vlan, bloque la voiture et me resilie le contrat, avec trois mois a payer...je rêve !!! Refus de ma part car c'est eux qui décide de me résilier...bref, en 2 semaines un vrai calvaires, donc si des personnes veulent former un groupement contre Bipi et les poursuivent au tribunal, je vous suis, il est grand temps que ces groupes se calme et nous prennent pas pour des vaches a lait

La experiencia de entrega muy buena, muy educados y pendientes de ayudar, pero la experiencia general muy mala. Me dieron un coche diesel cuando habÃa pedido un hÃbrido, pero me lo cobraron a precio del hÃbrido. Y su respuesta desde la central fue, que han enviado un contrato y que nosotros lo hemos firmado, asi que es lo que hay. El coche lo tuve que coger porque no tenÃa otra opción.
La respuesta a este comentario que han facilitado es una respuesta automática, porque se envió el correo a las dos direcciones que indican, además de rellenar el formulario de reclamación y nadie a contestado. Ni tampoco han devuleto la llamada después de indicarlo por teléfono en atención al cliente.

Awful company that con you out of money when you return the car. We had a car for 6 months and when we returned it they spent an hour going over it with a flashlight and taking picture however they clearly do not do this on handing the cars over as when we collected our car the reverse camera was hanging out of the hole on a cable, we then had to arrange to take it to I have it fixed. When we returned the car they sent us an invoice for damage inside and out, and e asked for pictures as none were provided and they claimed the damage internally was glass in a air vent, we had no issues with the car and never had glass anywhere near the vets however on being sent the picture there is nothing in the vent and it looks totally normal, they want us to pay â¬145 plus IVA, they also have charged us over â¬900 for excess KM but have not provided a breakdown of the starting and end KM and how much they charge extra per kilometre. Total con of a company and will never use again, if you use them be away to add a large sum on top when you return.

Cars are expensive but the icing on the cake is the appalling âdeliveryâ and âcollection serviceâ. You are charged £50 (for each!) to be given a 2 hour window. Both times this was missed, the first was that the car and driver were sent to the wrong side of the city and the second made us wait for 3 hours as they were late (despite being warned that if we werenât there for the beginning of the 2 hour window the collection would be cancelled). The nearest âdeliveryâ point was in another city and home collection and delivery is extortion (£200 for each!). Would never use again - their customer service line is always busy and you canât leave a messageâŠ.
Edit - clearly I wasnât using it in Spain yet got a Spanish reply?!

Lâobjectif est de former un groupe, dâengager des actions en justice si nécessaire, et de faire suffisamment de bruit pour que ces méthodes cessent et que dâautres consommateurs ne vivent pas la même expérience négative.

Attenzione non fate abbonamenti con questa società se non volete finire in un incubo. Abbiamo chiuso il contratto dopo 2 anni in quanto ci hanno lasciati con una macchina per 6 mesi senza GOMME e senza freni perché nonostante 50 mail inviate per richiedere gli interventi a loro detta rl non era necessario provvedere. Inoltre aggiungo che la negazione non arriva da un operatore ma da un messaggio preimpostato di risposta automatica. Provare a contattarli al telefono neanche a parlarne per 6 mesi non ha mai risposto nessuno neanche in quelle giornate dove nero dalla rabbia facevo andare la telefonata per oltre 2 ore, sentendo solo la loro segreteria telefonica che. Faccio presente che non abbiamo neanche riconsegnato il veicolo in sede perché pericoloso a viaggiare, cosa comprovata anche da un loro funzionario che quando si Ú presentato da noi per ritirare la macchina rinunciava a mettersi al volante Ú pretendeva il ritiro del mezzo con trasporto su carro attrezzi visto che nei pnematici era visibile la tela. Ovviamente tutto documentato non solo dal verbale di ritiro del funzionario ma da foto e testimonianze di 2 gommisti. Ovviamente abbiamo presentato un esposto alla procura tramite il nostro legale. Questa settimana nonostante ciò questi soggetti hanno inviato 3 fatture inventate con motivazioni vergognose e assurde e hanno provato a nostra insaputa a ripresentare il rid per un importo di 3600 euro. Fortunatamente il conto dove veniva appoggiato il pagamento era un conto secondario dove versava o solo in prossimità dell'arrivo del rid, altrimenti ci saremmo trovati una nuova bella sorpresa da parte di questa meravigliosa azienda . Ovviamente questo sarà un ulteriore capitolo da aggiungere allesposto già presentato, ma rimane vergognoso che nonostante questa gente operi con le modalità appena descritte e vedendo sotto questa recensione le recensioni di altri utenti che non si discostano di molto, mi chiedo con che coraggio provino anche a rubare i soldi dai conti dei loro ex clienti. Devono essere fermati e spero che la procura intervenga al quanto prima. Ultima cosa se guardate sul loro sito la recensione più brutta porta 4 stelle, peccato che io da excliente avrei voluto pubblicare quanto sto raccontando ma guarda caso non mi Ú stato concesso... I have been waiting for our subscription vehicle to be "repaired" since MARCH 2025. It's not the end of FEBRUARY 2026.
I Have been a customer of BIPI since 2023. Since then, the service has declined - greatly.
Our first car "experience" with BIPI went really well. It was a 6-month contract. No issues - so we decided to upgrade to a 7-passenger, bit more pricier vehicle. Year-one we had zero issues. Everything went well. Approaching the second year, we needed vehicle maintenance - this is where things started to get fishy.
We were routed and re-rerouted to different repair shops. We waited weeks for parts (a simple battery) and oil change. After about 2 months without a good battery, finally good a new battery.
Then, March 2025, the vehicle was running smoothly and suddenly never turn-on again. My guess it was immobilized purposely to be replaced with a vehicle where BIPI could charge more for for less and charge someone else more for "our" vehicle. Sounds weird, but WAIT there's more. After researching the net, I found aboutTEN our current customers and former BIPI customer stories with the same exact story of "dead car" and then forced into another smaller more expense vehicle.
While, I have always been friendly with BIPI, after 9 months of waiting for our subscription vehicle to be repaired, we decided to seek consumer protection. BUT WAIT THERE MORE, BIPI declined ARBITRAL intervention and continues to harass me with emails and threats. Potentially breaking the consumer laws in Spain and Catalonia.
I have acted in good faith with BIPI offering them the benefit of the doubt with the "repair shops" being the issue.
BIPI has refused access to the vehicle - and therefore our personal belongings are still locked away with the car - Wherever the car may be.
Currently, as of today, BIPI has threaten to rescind the contract with 14 months remaining.
I have contacted various Consumer Protection Agencies and will potentially hire legal consul to escalate the matter. It is my belief based on my research that BIPI is conduction a systematic restructuring of active contracts which were under-priced. All arrows point in that direction. Think of it as the "apartment" that now is worth 3500⬠a month and longer rents at 750⬠a month??? (Think about it). And definitely, think twice and than another 2 times before dealing or entering into a deal with BIPI.
I moved the matter to Judicial proceedings, basically I have filed a law suit against BIPI MOBILITY SL as of MARCH 3 2026.
AS OF MID MARCH BIPI HAS FILED A FRAUDULENT POLICE COMPLAINT. THIS COMPANY IS AGGRESSIVE AND DISPLAYS QUESTIONABLE BEHAVIOR.
THIS IS AN ONGOING SITUATION. I WILL BE SURE TO UDPATE - POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.

I had previously notified you that the car required servicing after a warning light appeared, yet I was referred to a garage in Barcelona, even though I am based in Málaga.
