We have had an absolutely terrible experience with Bipi. When youâre trying to get a car, they respond quickly. However once youâve signed the contract, it becomes nearly impossible to reach anyone. We have been trying to contact them for five months through every possible channel with no response! Our contract ends April 3rd, and weâve had zero communication with them. The car was damaged a while back and we filled out the online form as per instructions from their automated messaging system because we couldnât reach anyone and no one responded. We even tried their new customer line but they said there was nothing they could do. Now letâs see how they handle the damage when we return the car April 3rd.
Weâve informed them that we will simply be dropping off the car because no one is responding to us.
Do not sign a contract with this company. You will regret it. There is absolutely no customer service. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company.

Cliente fidÚle de Bipi Car depuis plus de 3 ans, je dénonce des pratiques commerciales abusives. AprÚs avoir contesté une facturation de 2 000 ⬠correspondant à deux franchises suite a un sinistre cause par un tiers , je nâai reçu aucune justification ni document contractuel, malgré mes multiples relances depuis décembre.
Pire, la société a tenté de prélever cette somme sur mon moyen de paiement sans mon accord et mâa envoyée une société de recouvrement, toujours sans répondre à mes demandes écrites.
Je mets en garde les futurs clients : manque de transparence, absence de réponse et pratiques de recouvrement agressives. Une situation extrêmement frustrante pour une cliente de longue date.

El coche que renté era nuevo y no tuve ningún inconveniente. Lo tuve por 4 meses.
Cuando tuve dudas pude contactar a servicio al cliente y cuando por alguna razón no obtenÃa respuesta Camilo (quien es la razón por la que alquile el coche aquÃ, por todas las reseñas positivas hacia el) me apoyó incluso en sus vacaciones.
Si tratas el coche cómo que fuera tuyo Yo si lo recomiendo.

I have been a Bipi customer for more than 4 years. Until now, my experience had been positive and I considered them a reliable company. That is why this situation is especially disappointing.
They deducted â¬363 from my card without answering my written request for clarification. Before accepting the charge, I asked them to provide:
The exact clause in the contract that justifies the charge
The workshop invoice
The expert assessment
Photos proving actual bodywork repair
They did not respond to my questions. Instead, they proceeded with the deduction.
After being a loyal client for several years, I expected transparency, documentation, and basic customer respect. Charging first and ignoring a formal request for contractual justification is not acceptable business practice.
This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the company.

I never leave reviews. But trust me do not use BiPi. Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Better customer service from the security control in the airports. No one has any idea what they're doing. You cannot speak to anyone. Phone lines just close for weeks. No one responds to email. They are the worst company ever.

Mi experiencia con BIPI está siendo muy negativa y, sinceramente, preocupante.
Firmé un contrato de renting con una cuota mensual de 395 ⬠y gestión de multas de 19,99 â¬, tal y como figura expresamente en las condiciones particulares del contrato firmado. Sin embargo, meses después comenzaron a cobrarme 415 ⬠mensuales y 40 ⬠por gestión de multas, justificándolo en una supuesta âactualización de términos y condicionesâ y en la retirada de un supuesto descuento vinculado a una tarjeta CEPSA/Starresa.
El problema es que en mi contrato no aparece ningún descuento de 20 â¬, ni ningún compromiso de repostaje mÃnimo, ni ninguna cláusula que permita modificar unilateralmente el precio. Aun asÃ, han aplicado el incremento sin aceptación expresa por mi parte.
He presentado reclamaciones formales, incluido el formulario que ellos mismos exigen para que el departamento correspondiente revise el caso. Lo rellené el 21 de enero y no he recibido respuesta efectiva. Las contestaciones son genéricas, repetitivas y no responden a los puntos concretos planteados.
Además, cuando intentan cobrar importes que no se ajustan al contrato y el banco devuelve el recibo, pretenden aplicar también 30 ⬠por devolución, es decir, generan un cargo incorrecto y después penalizan por no pagarlo.
El mayor problema, más allá del dinero, es la falta total de atención al cliente. Es extremadamente difÃcil contactar con alguien que tenga capacidad real de resolver el problema. Cuando consigues hablar con alguien, parece que el personal no tiene acceso a la información completa del contrato o no está informado de las condiciones aplicadas. Cada persona da una explicación distinta y nadie asume responsabilidad ni ofrece una solución definitiva por escrito.
La sensación es de desorganización interna y de falta de transparencia. No es normal que en un contrato en vigor se cambien condiciones económicas sin un procedimiento claro y sin consentimiento expreso del cliente.
He tenido que iniciar reclamación ante organismos de consumo porque no he obtenido una solución directa por parte de la empresa.
Mi recomendación para quien esté valorando contratar con BIPI es que revise todo con lupa y tenga en cuenta que las condiciones pueden no mantenerse como fueron firmadas.
No volverÃa a contratar con ellos.

I took a 2 year contract with BIPI and have enjoyed the experience so far, until last week when they abruptly told me the contract is being cancelled with immediate effect and they would not swap me into a new car.
I rely on this car for work and a material fact of choosing them was that I needed 2 years - not 18 months!
Avoid at all costs.
Edit: I have contacted Bipi car in the UK. They say "we cannot give you a car swap", this is despite paying monthly each month and having a 2 year contract.
Edit 2: I have had multiple emails back and forth regarding what happened. Always rude, no customer service and zero compensation for the cancellation of the contract. I have paid every month on time, the car has only had one MOT and you still decided to cancel my contract with little notice or real explanation, You are still offering cars to new customers but will not swap me into a new car - FOR NO REASON!

Seis meses sin repararme el coche. Lo que era una pieza suelta se ha convertido en una pieza desprendida que impide la circulación. Paralizo el pago de una cuota hasta que me asignen taller y fecha de reparación y me contestan que se suspende la suscripción. Cinco meses que he pagado sin que el vehÃculo cumpla su funcionalidad: circular.
Ni una disculpa, ni un intento de mejorar para la próxima ... se suspende la suscripción.
Estupendo ya no tengo un coche que no funciona. Vendrán ellos a por él, entiendo.

The lack of communication is frustrating.
My subscription came to an end on the 27th of January- this is when I was supposed to return my car to a selected location. Unfortunately, this didnât happen as the car broke down on the way there at 5 am. I rang RAC and the mechanic said itâs unsafe to drive on the motorway and I was escorted back home. I was instructed by BIPI to drop the car off to the nearest Renault dealership and leave the key there saying, they will pick up the car when itâs fixed. This is what I did. Again, I requested RAC to come again and escort me.
The man at Renault had no idea what BIPI subscription by Renault is, but I left their details, took my belongings and handed the keys for the final time.
Next thing I did I sent a lengthy email stating the final mileage the car had, the dealership location, I attached picture of the condition of the car, I also requested Iâm present when the car is being picked up as in the end I want to be there to see the condition of the car ( even though I left it in the same condition as I picked it up) . Only to hear nothing back. I donât even know if BIPI contacted the dealership at all. Itâs causing me nothing but stress at the moment. Iâd really appreciate someone coming back to me confirming everything.
Reply to BIPI 03.02- I sent you another email, I tried to ring you and no one is answering.

Sending a lot of emails , submitting formal complaint even and I still heard nothing off BIPI after dropping off the car at the dealers when it was due to be returned but it broke down on the day. I literally know nothing and thinking about taking it up with financial ombudsman, as BIPI is failing to provide me with any reply regarding whether the car was picked up from dealers, status of deposit etc etc. The way BIPI treats their customers is nothing short of disgusting.

If I could leave a minus I would! The most horrendous subscription I have ever received! I have never known a company be so bad at communication! I have sent about ten emails in the last month and nobody ever replies.
Sending the car back was horrendous and stressful! They did not come and collect on time and was several hours later with no apology! I was made to sign even though I had no clue what the report said about the condition!!
They are trying to charge £1000 worth of damage, £200 + for mileage and £2,000 for cancellation! This company is a complete and utter scam!
Supposed to be a flexible subscription but forget it they charge the earth for everything and take money out of your bank whenever they feel like it!
I would never buy a subscription car again after dealing with these cowboys!
I will be seeking legal action and trading standards as you are scammers and should not be trading! I will also add they have a £800 deposit but thereâs never been any mention of my deposit ! Not even to cover any of these costs they want!
Avoid this company at all costs itâs not worth the stress or the hassle! The cars are very cheap and basic and in awful condition that need maintenance! The car was absolutely filthy when handed to me but apparently it was clean! They are just absolute liars!

Je louer un Toyota CHR tout se passer extrêmement bien, je suis partie en vacances a l'étranger et pour je ne sais quelle raison mes compte bancaire était gelée je revient bipi que le paiement sera fait uniquement à mon retour en France il me répond en me disant pas de soucis , mais la a mon retour en France , blocage du véhicule , mail avec annulation du contrat uniquement pour 6 jour de retard je trouve sa abusif de leur part sachant qu'auparavant aucun soucis de paiement, donc bref je me trouve a 900km de chez moi sans voiture , la voiture sur un parking payant bien-sûr pour bien faire.
1 semaine aprÚs bipi me contact pour me dire qu'il viennent chercher la voiture dans trois jours je leur dis j'ai du travail je peut pas refaire 900 km en train donc il me disent ok on se débrouille conclusion une facture de 7800⬠pour des dégât carrosserie apparemment qu'il n'y avait pas et j'en suis sûr ma voiture était nickel avant mon départ en vacances.
Fuyez trÚs vite mon avocat et moi même avons lancer une procédure judiciaire contre eux! !

Hace un año que tengo la suscripción y siempre que tengo que llevar al coche al taller es un suplicio.. no te dan un coche de sustitución antes de las 72hs, luego cuando autorizan el coche de sustitución te dan cita para no mÃnimo 5 dÃas después o sea estás sin coche como no mÃnimo 10 dÃas .. es una vergÃŒenza, ardan en media 30min para contestar las llamadas y los correos cuando tiene suerte te contestan.. fuera que cuando te pichan una rueda tengo que pagar al taller sus servicios llegué a pagar 47⬠por un cambio de una rueda..
