I love the products and the customer service is AMAZING! I order a medium and it was too small, so they are sending me a large and I don't have to return the mediums....they ask I donate. It's hard to come by businesses like this and I love to support and help the company grow.

Great customer service. Addressed sizing issues very quickly and was resolved.

This is cheap construction. The button holes are frayed coming out of package and I would never recommend anyone waste money on your products from China.

Ordered two USA 250 year anniversary shirts (men’s XL & ladies S).
True to size, great quality, prints are great and unique choices are great, and shipping was fast. Customer service was incredible, super quick and responsive - overall STELLAR!
I would and will 100% order from Birdiepolo again.

So far, the customer service has been good. The shirt I ordered was too large. They responded to me quickly and are correcting the order. Still waiting for the new shirt to arrive, but I think it will be fine. The shirts are a little thicker than I expected, but it will be a great golf shirt for the fall.

i ordered a shirt and it was too small. emailed this company thinking I wouldnt hear back for days if ever. However customer service reached out within the hour told me what my steps were to get the correct size.
Now the shirt itself.... picture quality is great! the fabric is breathable and is PERFECT for golfing!!

Ordered a shirt for my husband on 6/8. Took a while to receive. Received on 6/22. Shipped from China. Shirt is very poor quality. Tag does not specify what kind of fabric but instead reads: “ingredients: super soft high quality fabric”. Print is blurry. Do not buy. Scam. Attempting to return.

I ordered a shirt but it turned out to be too small, emailed them asking to exchange for a larger size and they said that it wasn’t a problem at all, they will send one in a larger size and I can keep the one that’s too small! Super quick response time and arrived within the shipping window. Material is definitely on the heavier side but seems good for fall golf!

Terrible product. Design was blurry, sleeves were extremely short for my husband. Material was scratchy and uncomfortable. And of course when I voiced my concerns and asked for a refund, they offered 10%. Ridiculous. Would never shop here again.

Still waiting, coming from China. Wouldn't of ordered had I known.

I had good support as I was trying to get my customers product from the store, this is the best store so far with full customer support to help all way.

The material on the womens sleveless polo was not comfortable for my wife unfortunately and I don't think I have any way to return it, so there you go.

Just received my order today and I love it! The shirts fit great and are very irreverent (cats flipping the bird). I can't wait to wear them to the next family gathering.

I had great communication with the Birdiepolos staff. They provided me with a tracking number and using track718 I followed my package every step of the way. It arrived on time and in good condition.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Ordered on 5/26, says shipped 5/26, still not received. Can't review a product never received, but I can review service, which is not good.

The customer service was awesome, They followed up with me multiple times to see how the polos arrived and the quality of the shirts. The quality of them were perfect. The only issues is I typically wear a mens large polo and the ones I ordered were a little tight. So the company is replacing them with an XL size polo, Great communication with them!

My husband loved his Birdie Polo. He loves bourbon so the bourbon design was perfect! Fit was great as well. Definitely recommend!!
