I had an absolutely great experience in getting my flights sorted out with a lovely Gentleman called Sam! Nothing was too much bother for him. Great service! Would book again.

Bird travel, whom I booked a short trip to Amsterdam with, let me down badly. Their representative Ethan failed to forward the travel boarding passes and I had to pay an extra fee to Ryanair to board the plane.
This cost me €110 (there were two of us)
No attempt to discuss this seriously was made by the company.
I was patient and gave them every opportunity to address this matter but with no success. I guess it could have been worse in that at least the hotel was booked.
I noticed (from reviews) that I am not alone in receiving this experience.

I had bad experience with CRYSTAL at Bird travel. I was totally disgusted totally unprofessional. I will not use them. I bought a multi flight ticket from Bird travel . After I bought the tickets, they told me there is a schedule change your flight from Goa to Manila. I was supposed to fly on 13 Feb ringing them every day about my flight. They keep telling me we are looking for alternative flight for you. But you have to pay extra money, you have to pay more. I was supposed to fly on 13 Feb and upto 12 Feb they didn't do anything about my flight. 11 and 12 Feb on 12 Feb at midnight they gave me a flight for 13 Feb and ask me to pay £150 more. Totally unprofessional. I had bad experience. I will never use them.

Dominic at Travel Bird saved my trip, he not only single handedly liased with Emirates desk in another country in a time of immense pressure due to weather, he did it after his office had closed and secured a smooth journey for myself and my partner

Great customer service very helpful staff

I had a really bad and unbelievable experience with Crystal Smith (Bird Travel agent).

Crystal, aggressively marketed herself to me, calling several times to persuade me to purchase my ticket.

She made promises to take care of every detail of my trip, from online checks to seat selection and other arrangements—and guaranteed that she would be available to help me whenever I needed, until I returned back to London.

Nevertheless, communication was almost nonexistent once I confirmed my reservation and paid.

Her attitude changed and I was now dealing with a difficult person who wasn’t always available even after her promises.

Crystal encouraged me to book.. With Hoppa .. Pickup and collection from my home to the Airport. In doing so she gave transit provider in adequate address information.

She suggested, I should speak with Hoppa directly, Hoppa were not interested and was informed to go back to my booking agent.

After several calls & WhatsApp messages, address was finally rectified.

Check in on outward and inward Journey was NOT done and seats were NOT booked as promised.

I WILL NOT BE USING THIS TRAVEL AGENT FOR MY NEXT TRIP IN JUNE

I had a fantastic service from Jay really really pleased with what you provided and I will certainly be using this company again for my future travel needs

I got the best price for my ticket with just a few clicks. Rav was extremely helpful even helping me to check in on line. Excellent 5 stars will definitely be using then again.

Ive been using Jay (Bird Travel) for many years he is an experienced agent and goes that extra mile to find a holiday suited to your needs, He also calls you back when promised, which is great as you dont have to wait around. I recommend you ask for Jay when booking a holiday which will take the stress off your hands and you can rest assured you will be looked after.

Joy was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in all aspects.From my initial enquiry through to the actual booking and after care.Will be most definitely be booking again in the future.

Really appreciated the extra mile that ron went to after airline rescheduled my flight ,and his patience throughout the process gave me confidence in there ability.

Flight tickets booked through Rav. He was very flexible, professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he handled all our queries promptly. Thank You for the top quality service.

Plane Tickets

I recently contacted Trail Finders with regard to organising airline tickets from the UK to Perth, Australia in July. I had left organising this very late but was helped by Sam from your organisation who went through all the options and prices with me until we found 3 perfect tickets with Singapore Airlines. Sam was both very knowledgeable and helpful and made a potentially stressful job very simple for us. Sam will hopefully be helping us organise hotels shortly for our stay in Perth. Highly recommended service

My experience was very good,sam was very patient and my sure that I was happy with all desions that was made.

Spoke to Victor B to try to arrange a trip to Antalya. He seemed to know his job but was reluctant when I asked for email confirmation . When eventually he did the email was from a personal email not an email specific to the company and when I questioned this he started to mumble . What made me more suspicious is when he kept pushing me to make a payment for a deposit of £1200. Thankfully I realised in time that this was a scam and didn’t lose out on any money . AVOID THIS scam of a company
