Recently booked a trip to the Italian island of Ischia for myself and two friends. Had never used this agency before and it is UK based and I’m in Canada so was a bit worried. From the moment we enquired until the end of our trip our Agent, Aston, was amazing. He helped cater the vacation to our wants and provided recommendations. He and the admin staff were always available and helpful no matter when or what we asked they were quick to respond. We made a change on our own for an earlier train and the email was sent to them instead of us by which was an issue for our ticket but the admin was notified of change and within minutes sent updated tickets. We would use them again knowing that everything they said went as planned and if issue arrived they are there to help 24 hours. You were great help Aston helping us ladies plan a perfect vacation. Booking process and service amazing.

First time booking a trip with Viva Vista Vacations and it will probably not be our last. Brian was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with us and he made sure everything was in order before we finalized our itinerary. The process with Brian was very pleasant. We’re looking forward to our first trip to Paris and Croatia which is long overdue. Thanks again Brian for all your help!

Excellent job booking is the best flights possible and most beautiful hotel in the area. They were very responsive by text and I was always able to speak to a person quickly and directly. All the travel documents were well organized. We had an amazing trip to Malta, thanks you Viva Vista for all your planning, I would not hesitate to recommend you.

Aston did his best (and worked tirelessly) to get the booking at the price we wanted; checking trains, hotels, day trips etc. He got us a train at a suitable time for my 85 year old mother and a hotel which allowed us to stay within our budget. The hotel was superb but a little way out of the city (we had to take a train and bus to get there) which we were advised of but it was further than I anticipated!!
The excursion arranged by Viva Vista Vacation was fantastic - which was the highlight of the trip!!

I cannot recommend Brian highly enough! Working with him took all the stress out of planning our Tenerife trip from Canada. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us navigate a complicated itinerary with ease, saving us both time and money. Whenever he wasn’t immediately familiar with something, he researched it thoroughly and got back to us quickly with clear answers.

His ability to handle logistics efficiently and professionally gave us real peace of mind. As seniors, the timing of flight arrivals and departures was especially important to us, and Brian paid close attention to every detail. He also made sure the time difference between the UK and Canada was never an issue, remaining available during our daytime hours whenever we needed assistance.

I first learned about Viva Vista Vacations through the Travelzoo deals E-mail newsletter for their Top 20 which included a 1 week trip from Vancouver BC Canada to Tenerife in the Canary Islands. We worked closely with Brian at Viva Vista to curate a more specialized travel package which included 2 additional days in Madrid on our return. Brian listened carefully to our needs and helped us find the best flights with the least amount of layovers, upgraded hotels, rental car for the best price. Service was top notch and Brian excelled at communicating over the phone or via E-mail. We are leaving in early June and look forward to an amazing vacation experience.

Thanks Mark, and the whole Viva Vista Vacations team, for a wonderful trip to Budapest, Vienna and Prague. Everything went very smoothly, great communication, we enjoyed the accommodations and tours. During our travel, Air Canada cancelled our return flight and rebooked us on a different flight which we didn't like. We asked the Viva team to handle things - book a different flight, change our seats, etc, and they took care of everything for us, so that we were able to simply enjoy our vacation. At one point, they told me that they were sitting on hold with AC for hours - something I did NOT want to do while touring the beautiful city of Prague. Thanks so much, we will definitely use you again to book another trip!

We had a great experience with our Canary Islands booking with Aston M. He was patient and very responsive to our concerns regarding proposed flights / hotels offering different suggestions and staying within our budget. He followed up as promised and was very detailed in explaining our options and upgrades. Never felt pressured. Fantastic booking experience.

We are just at the end of our amazing 10 day vacation to Prague, Budapest, and Vienna. Our trip was booked through Viva Vista Vacations and their customer service has been fantastic! We were able to do this amazing trip on such a reasonable budget and all of the accommodations and train transportation was excellent. Our flights were great also.
