A lady called Crystal is so helpful she’s been on the phone this morning for hours sorting out a my name change that as been so hard and time consuming coz the holiday vcompany changed the email and she just never give up asking me calling Emirates ask for Crystal she’s a diamond

My vacation

Bird travel,excellent travel agency my first holiday since covid occured ,I never booked online before ,they are very helpful and efficient, go the extra mile to assist you with any queries you may have ,very friendly and understanding ,I would like to recommend this company for anyone planning a holiday,they are second to none amazing .
