I had left a low review on their site because the book was not detailed, very basic info, and not including all of the chart, etc. They emailed me afterward about it, and then have apparently deleted my review from their entire site. Also gone are other low reviews I remember seeing when I did mine to see if anyone else had issues.
Shady practice to delete low reviews, particularly those explaining what was wrong.

I am missing I am missing part of my order. I’ve reached out to them twice and getting nothing in return if I could leave a zero I would.

I spent $100 on this book, and unfortunately it does not meet expectations. It feels as though it was put together in haste. The content is not in-depth and only covers six zodiac signs (Sun, Moon, Rising, Mercury, Venus, and Mars), which is far less than I anticipated for a personalized natal chart book.

Additionally, the writing contains frequent grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. The overall presentation feels unpolished, which takes away from the value of a product that should feel both personalized and professional.

On top of that, the book arrived in defective physical condition. The first page is poorly bound, nearly detached, and adhered to the inside cover with glue residue.

I am deeply disappointed in both the quality and the condition of this book.

My daughter’s 33 Birthday gift. Love the personal horoscope on candle. Lots of fun and interesting information too. Quite close to her personality. Scent so light and fresh. Made in America with care. Coconut and soy wax will be a better burn.

I ordered a candle and the shipped to the wrong address and it impossible to get a hold of them to correct the the problem they should have a customer service phone number to bring ti their attention

Ordered 2 candles. Only 1 shipped to me. After a couple of Emails and a threat of getting an attorney involved they shipped me what I paid for. Will never order from tis place again and I recommend you don’t

Garbage of a company. Stay away. Asked to correct a time On personalized birthday book. Simon in customer service said " too bad" and my friend can enjoy a book that is 120 dollars and wrong.
Do not order from this company unless you want to be sad and disappointed this Holiday season.

I am very disappointed in the Birthday Candle. I bought it as a gift for my daughter who is very much into horoscopes. It is much smaller than what appears in the ads. Yes, it has all the information printed on the candle but it is so small it is practically unreadable. Only good thing is that it does smell good.

Very poor quality given how much I paid and the material they claimed that they used.

Bought a necklace for my sister’s birthday. She loved it, the design and everything! However, the chain itself broke after first time of use. We thought it was coincidence, she fixed it, then from another part of the chain, it broke again. That is a poor quality issue that the company should really work on improving. I paid over $160 for a necklace and only got to wear it once. That’s extremely ridiculous and my sister is very disappointed. The one star is for the beautiful design.

Never received confirmation of order and never received product cannot get representative on phone unless I pay for it no way to do business

I bought a birthdate candle for my friend’s birthday. It states 3-4 days for processing and 2 for shipping. It’s been 6 days and it still hasn’t even left their warehouse. They continue to lie to me and side step saying they shipped it (no they didn’t, the tracking number reflects that) and then try to cover up their lies when they get caught. Now this won’t arrive in time for my friend’s birthday and I have to find something else last min.

I bought a couple of the birthdate candles for family. And was generally happy with the product itself.
However, found the website and information very misleading. There are only 12 different scents for the candles as they are based on the astrological signs. The website also said I would receive free shipping even through checkout until I put in card details and it added on a shipping fee. Then had to pay £40 in other taxes and customs! (No matter how much I like the candles it is not worth the nearly £200 I ended up paying to get them)
I found customer service rude and unhelpful. I will not be using this company again.

I bought a candle from them with a date 10/30.
Paid extra to have it express shipped.
It did not arrive for 2 weeks and the candle date was the wrong date10/13. I have all receipts

Can I give less than 1 star? Candle arrived today. Inferior internal packing and candle glass was shattered. What is telling there is no telephone number for customer support on website so no idea of when or if I will get a response. $54 is a lot of money to waste. Thank goodness I didn’t order to book also.

Pros:
- Shipping from USA to UK took less than a week! Very impressed, so easy

- The quality of the book is beautiful. It's such a nice gift for someone or just even as a coffee table book for yourself

- Content is spot on in regards to explaining the basic placements

Cons:
- It doesn't go into as much detail as I thought. The description makes it sound super personalised and individual but it is basically just your big 6 with a generic description for each placement.

The product description says 'Written with psychic intuition and charm, each page offers a deep reading into who you are and what your future holds.' it's actually just stuff you can find on the internet in less than 5 seconds. This is fine if it is a gift for someone who doesn't know too much about astrology but if I had ordered it for myself, I would have been disappointed.

- It doesn't give you any information about your houses which I find odd given that it is described to be a personally crafted map of the planets when you were born. You would think the houses would be mentioned even briefly

- It is very expensive for such a generic description of each placement. I purchased mine on sale but it was still £80

All in all I think if you are buying a birthdate book for the aesthetic rather than its contents then I would 100% recommend it. It would be lovely to have on the coffee table as a conversation starter or just something nice to have on display but if what you want is a truly personal exploration and explanation of your very specific chart that goes into detail about houses and degrees then this isn't for you.

Very unique products that are amazing for gifting.
Customer service is great too. One of my favorite online brand for gifting season

Beautiful necklace for special birtgday family member, however after wearing for less tgan day a gem has come off, and cabt be found, very disappointed and cannot figure what to do, this was sn expensive, I thought quality item, but maybe not so good, please help in tryibg to reaolve issue

Do not buy from this company. Gemstones in pendants are fake. I received a ‘pearl’ which had the fake pearl coating cracked off when it arrived. Asked for a refund on my item and customer has service stopped responding to me.

They were great. Everyone I gave a candle to was surprised, happy, thankful and enjoy the value of a great candle. I will continue to value your company and product. Thank you for all you do ❤️🙏

I ordered a book for a friend, and she seemed to really enjoy it! The book was well made and thorough, and I would like to purchase one for myself at some point.
