Great service and great product

Perfect for carrying in my suitcase when flying so I have a lunch bag / water bottle cooler.

I was looking for an American made cooler and found the best! Impressed with its capabilities thus far. On first use with little pre-cooling and just ice packs, no ice. I took it to a party filled with cans and bottles. When I returned I forgot to empty the cooler. 2 days later after leaving it in the garage I opened it up and pulled out a cold one. Amazing.

Solid chill. Sturdy box. The latching design is so easy to use.

Cup awesome, love the screw on lid. Disappointd the cap/flap broke off within a week of purchase. The thin tabs that hold it on were inadequate. Needs a design improvement.

Website was easy to navigate. I got the lid I needed. It came quickly and I received lots of clear communication. I would highly recommend.

I have used my Bison 72 quart cooler three times and thus is what I have experienced. If left in direct sunlight, the lid warped to the point that the gasket was not sealing in the front center. When I moved the cooler into the shade, the lid returned to it's original shape. After precooling, I added 30 pounds of ice along with precooled drinks, meat, and veggies. I was careful to limit the opening of the lid as few times as possible. I was surprised that after two days, the ice was nearly melted. The next time I used it, I was more careful keep the cooler in the shade. The results were about the same as before. I put a 10 pound block and twenty pounds of cubes. They were almost gone in three days.

After contacting Bison Warranty Department, I am impressed with their customer service. It turns out that I had received a cooler that was defective. That does happen in the real world. They are making it right and that makes me very happy. 5 stars!

Hi! I had never heard of Bison until my friend recommended you. I purchased my cooler online and holy cow was it a smooth and easy process. You guys are great and can’t wait to put this thing in action. I’ll recommend to all friends and family….

I have owned several coolers, I had been told by several of my tailgating buddies that “Yeti” was the way to go but I’m a Texas boy and If it’s from Texas I’ll own it because I know the pride we have in everything we do. Well I purchased a 75 qt Bison cooler and as I expected, nothing but Pride, Craftsmanship and Quality in this product. So I purchased the 100 qt. And the 50 qt.

But my wife stole IT , so your quick & easy process lets me get one for her so I can get mine back .

Awesome cups. Keeps everything cold.

I bought the 75qt cooler for camping and to take on the pontoon, and it’s by far the best cooler I’ve purchased to this day. Found that it holds ice best when you pre-cool it with 2 bags of ice for about an hour. Held ice for 4 days while sitting in the sun and opening a good bit. Make sure to purchase the American Flag 🇺🇸 decal for the lid, because I’m sure it helps keep the ice a couple days longer 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
