Originally sent me the wrong product that i had ordered. I reached out and told what happened, and Erin responded quickly with an apology and informed that it would get corrected immediately. Not only that, Erin told me to keep the wrong product and not worry about returning. Very kind gesture and earned trust with that! Got the correct product a few days later, thank you!

Looked like a nice product bit I don’t know because I never received it.. sold by Neweer on their website, shipped by Swiship, or UPS, or Amazon.. depends on who you ask.. package was obviously lost. Called UPS who told me that I needed to talk to Amazon, called Amazon who said they knew nothing about it, and said I should call Neewer, who never responded with a callback to any of my calls. Would occasionally get an email from them just telling me to wait longer and it might show up. Finally demand a refund.. Would not order from their website again. Absolutely frustrating.

Damaged product, paid insurance ignored, constant runaround
I ordered the NEEWER 2 Pack NL660 Bi-Color 660 LED Video Light and Stand Kit along with the NS4S Upgraded Softbox Diffuser directly from neewer.com for my small business. I also paid extra for the Worry-Free Insurance at checkout because I wanted peace of mind.
One of the two light boxes arrived visibly crushed. The end of the box was clearly compressed from being dropped or impacted during shipping. I did not open the sealed plastic packaging because the damage was obvious.
I submitted a claim with clear photos showing the crushed box, the undamaged second box for comparison, and the sealed packaging proving I had not opened or tampered with anything.
Since then I have been asked for the same photos and information over and over again. Every time I submit evidence, it is rejected as "insufficient" and I am asked to provide more. Each time I resubmit, I am also required to complete ID verification by uploading my driver's licence and a headshot photo of myself. I have now done this multiple times in a single week for the same claim. This is excessive, unnecessary, and raises serious concerns about how my personal identification documents are being stored and used.
I have now been asked to open the damaged product and photograph the inside, which I have refused to do as this would compromise the evidence that it arrived in this condition.
I also requested a refund for the softbox diffuser, which I purchased specifically to go with the lights. It has no function as a standalone product. This was also rejected.
I have cited my rights under Australian Consumer Law. I have reminded them I paid for their Worry-Free Insurance. I have sent formal written notices to service@neewer, support@neewer, and website@neewer. The response has been either silence or repeated requests for evidence I have already provided.
All of this has happened within a single week. I paid for insurance that is not being honoured. I received a damaged product that I cannot use. I am being asked to hand over my personal identification documents repeatedly. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and complaints through the ACCC, Queensland Office of Fair Trading, and the BBB against Seel (the insurance provider).
I would not recommend purchasing directly from neewer.com, especially if you are in Australia. If something goes wrong, you will not receive the support you paid for. Buy through Amazon instead where you have proper buyer protection.

I recently purchased Neewer CM 28 pro but type C OTG adapter were not in this package. My suggestion is to add this in PRO version too. I don't know how you will take my suggestion but it will be plus point.
