Amazing service and the product I purchased was the best value out of the various places that sold it.

Hardware is very fragile. Not able to support large, particle board pieces. All hardware was thrown in a large bag, nothing separated. Company gives 7 days to identify damaged or missing pieces; this product takes at least 7 business days to put together. We cannot use this bed bc so many screws damaged the particle board. This was the worst purchase of our life, I’m not even being dramatic. It was a terrible experience plus the product is unusable. Side note: we are very capable ppl when it comes to building pre-fab furniture.

I was skeptical about ordering something online I hadn't seen in person, from the other side of the country, because what if I didn't like it and had to return it? I received my nightstands sooner than expected. I want to give a shout-out to the warehouse team who did an excellent job packaging them because FedEx sucks with delivery! I received my order in separate days, and one of the shipping boxes had severe damage. I thought for sure my nightstand was damaged, but thankfully, thanks to the amazing packaging, not even a scratch was found. I will definitely order from this company again!

BEWARE-Beware of ordering from Bison Commerce. I ordered two end tables, $760, and one had broken leg (knot in wood at joint). We were renovating, did not open immediately upon arrival. They refused to replace this. Customer Service kept emailing “I’m sorry” but was useless. I am out $760 in addition to the time waiting for this order. Unethical, unprofessional, and I recommend NOT to order from Bison Commerce.

The product, an herb cart, was exactly what I expected. Well built and attractive. Delivery timing was great.
I will definitely be a continuing customer.

The ease of shopping with such a great selection of products. Ultra fast in shipping! I received product within 4-5 days after purchase. Prices are very reasonable and further discounts much appreciated. I’ll be back!

Ordered 2 Nora 2-drawer nitestands in white,
Received damaged from Fedex. Drawers unable to function. The screw holding the drawer slides are ripped out creating a large hole so we are unable to reinsert and repair.
I contacted Sam in Customer service, sent pictures, gave a detailed descriptions of dammage.
Heard back that we should find someone to repair and they will send replacement parts after pictures and we need to send parts numbers. We cannot repair the one. The holes are unusable. We had a handyman repair one. Asked for a replacement to be sent. We have been emailing all week and he is now saying they will send replacement parts and we can have fixed. He starts asking for info again and refuses to help. We asked to return at their cost. Send a new nitestand. He says he will offer a discount. Will have the team review. Said that a week ago.

The communication and support with customer service was excellent. One of the chairs we ordered had some minor damage. However, working with Bison and their customer service team, they were able to replace the chair without hassle. The chairs we received were packed extremely well. We couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase from Bison and will do so again for future furniture needs.

Simple ordering online, great price (30%) lower than big box near our home. Delivery was on time- 3rd party. Drivers didn’t offer the inside delivery upon arrival- without hand out.$ Other than that it would be 5 stars.

First off was the price reduction I received, 2nd was the help I received in correcting a double order made by mistake, the communication is absolute from 1st ordering to delivery and follow up. Very happy with chair, will not hesitate to buy again. Thank you all for making this a wonderful experience.

Great price! Shipped fast! Very well packaged for protection of product! Product itself is great! Not sure if there's anything else to say except that I'll definitely purchase from them again when I need something.

After looking at multiple sites for counter stools, we ended up ordering them from Bison Commerce. The prices were great and the shipping was fast. They kept me updated about my order from the purchase, to status updates and also with tracking which I really appreciate. They arrived on time and in great condition. I will definitely be looking at their website for future purchases.

Had a hard time finding hard wood unit blocks on the internet like I had as a kid. Found Bison and the prices were somewhat better than the one other vendor I found. The blocks were well packed and delivered within a reasonable time period. I love them, my daughter loves them and my very young granddaughter will love them. A bit sad they were hard to find and so pricey, but the quality is great and these should last for generations. Thank you.

Bison office was great. My order came quickly. They kept me up to date on the arrival. Their price was much better than anyone else. The packing was also great. Good company

I purchased 3 sets of 2 chairs for a total of 6 from Bison Office now called Bison Commerce thru Amazon.com purchased at $ 1500. One set of chairs never arrived and they would not provide a refund stating that FedEx confirmed delivery. However they were delivered to the wrong address. The second set came in a very damaged box and the 3rd was delivered damaged without a shipping box. I was forced to pay $1294.00 to return the 2 sets of damaged chairs. This seller doesn't care about the customers, or the quality of service. I do not recommend purchasing from them. They are not BBB accredited and have 79 complaints over the last 3 years with only 19 of them being closed. Don't waste your money.

The rattan chair we purchased was shipped timely and received in perfect condition as it was packaged very well. Was easy to assemble with instructions in closed. Once together it was a good match to go with a 20 plus yr old rattan chair we already had. It’s extremely comfortable and made very well. Have a blessed day and Ty🌸
