Bij 2e bestelling miste alleen het standaard.
Na simpel mail contact, werd het ook direct opgelost met een nazending!
Zeer tevreden met deze webshop!

Ik heb nog nooit slechte ervaringen gehad met dit bedrijf. De eigenaren begrijpen de waarde van Bitcoin en bijbehorende normen en waarden. Levering altijd conform verwachting, zowel bij opsturen als bij meetups.

Ik heb onlangs een bestelling geplaatst bij Bitcoin Brabant en betaald met Bitcoin. Dit blijkt achteraf een enorme fout te zijn geweest. Mijn bestelling van ruim €650 is nooit geleverd. In plaats van het netjes op te lossen, verschuiven ze de verantwoordelijkheid naar DHL, terwijl mijn overeenkomst bij hen als webshop ligt.

Volgens de wet is de verkoper verantwoordelijk voor de levering, maar Bitcoin Brabant weigert dit te erkennen. Als je met Bitcoin betaalt, sta je bovendien volledig machteloos: geen chargebacks, geen bescherming, gewoon je geld kwijt. Ze geven zelfs een korting als je met Bitcoin betaalt, wat achteraf ineens heel duidelijk maakt waarom.

Feitelijk hebben ze mij van 650+ euro gestolen. Absoluut krankzinnig. Ze zijn nergens bij aangesloten, dus de enige manier om hier iets aan te doen is ze voor de rechter te dagen. Waar ik helaas geen geld voor heb. Ik adviseer iedereen om naar een andere partij te kijken die zich wél aan de wet houdt.

En ondertussen mag meneer Bert de Groot aanschuiven bij talkshows op de radio en TV. Krankzinnig voor woorden dit.

EDIT: Ik zie dat hij een reactie heeft geplaatst. Meneer weigert ook maar enige verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, en doet nu net alsof ik de crimineel ben. Dit is dus hoe Bert de Groot van BitcoinBrabant zijn klanten ziet. Als criminelen. Nee ik heb geen goed woord over voor zijn manier van werken.

Via een ander bedrijf heb ik een kleine bitcoinminer gekocht, die via Bitcoin Brabant is geleverd. Het schermpje van de miner werkte niet. Toen ik dit melde aan de eigenaar van Bitcoin Brabant was hij zo vriendelijk om mij een ander schermpje mee te geven, terwijl hij dat helemaal niet had hoeven doen aangezien ik het niet rechtstreeks bij hem heb gekocht. Super aardig en attent!

Geweldige ervaring! Heel makkelijk om af te rekenen in bitcoin waar dat bij andere webshops niet kan, om het dan vervolgens bij een meetup te ontvangen zodat je je adres niet op hoeft te geven. Zeker een aanrader!

This is one of the best Bitcoin related product webshops in The Netherlands. I know the owner (Bert de Groot) and he's willing to help with whatever problem your facing. I bought a book lately and could choose to pay in Bitcoin, Lightning or EUR. And I could choose to get it delivered at home or at a meetup. That's exactly how bitcoiners like it.

In reality, their website had a bug that prevented direct Bitcoin payment, so I had to choose the alternative option of paying upon delivery.

Rather than conducting any proper investigation into the matter, the company impulsively decided to publicly dox my address on their official Twitter account, falsely accusing me of scamming them. It was shocking and utterly unprofessional for them to take such drastic action without verifying the authenticity of my address and phone number. I had to engage in multiple email exchanges, providing them with evidence to prove the legitimacy of my details. However, they persisted in accusing me of attempted theft, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and expertise throughout the ordeal.

The entire experience left me deeply frustrated and dissatisfied with BitcoinBrabant.com. Their inability to handle a simple technical issue on their website, coupled with their negligent and rash actions, demonstrated their sheer incompetence as a company. Rather than acknowledging their own mistakes and rectifying the situation, they chose to tarnish my reputation publicly without any proper justification.

I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service from BitcoinBrabant.com. It is evident that they lack the necessary skills to handle such situations responsibly and effectively. Dealing with a company that resorts to such unprofessional behavior is not only infuriating but also raises serious doubts about their trustworthiness and reliability.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering BitcoinBrabant.com for their purchases. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company due to their incompetence, lack of proper investigation, and unwarranted accusations. It is essential to choose a company that values its customers and prioritizes resolving issues with integrity and professionalism, qualities that BitcoinBrabant.com clearly lacks.

I made an order for some hardware wallets and chose to pay the order at pickup. Next thing I know they post my order details with all my personal info on Twitter for everyone to see claiming it might be a scam. What kind of bitcoin company doxxes their customers and leaks their personal info on a social network even if they're not sure an order is legit?
Absolute amateurs. I'll make sure every bitcoiner I know hears about this and warns others.
