Be aware of import duties
Very conflicted. The bits were good, absolutely no complaints there.
The order was dispatched with haste but delivery time took forever due to my being in the European Union. On my £20 order I had to pay €8 import duty.
If not for the extra cost I’d definitely order again.

This is unfortunate and I'm sorry to hear your tax authorities have charged you. There should be no tax payable on orders from Northern Ireland, which is still treated as a member of the customs union and single market for goods, and any EU country. I am aware of 1 other customer who was charged a small amount by German customs. There's charges are incorrect and I would encourage you to query them with your countries customs body. Some countries eg Norway charge VAT on orders over a certain value.
We send all EU orders with CN22s even though we aren't obligated to do so, which bears our IOSS number which tells customs to treat it as an EU to EU order. Unfortunately beyond this there's nothing we can do to prevent some EU customers being charged fees in error but it's thankfully rare.
I'll follow up with you privately to try to resolve this to your satisfaction, unfortunately we are both victims of the UK government!

Missing item but great customer service
Received my order well packaged in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one item was missing! I contacted Bitsmonster via WhatsApp and received a reply immediately and they verified my missing item was on it's way and it was received 2 days later. Very happy overall.

Quick, honest and at a great price
I've used Bits Monster many times and they've never let me down. Always seem to have the niche parts you need at a reasonable price. They are my first place to look for bits when the Cadian Quartermaster lets me down.

Ordered some bits on their eBay store
Ordered some bits on their eBay store, communication was great and very quick. There was a part missing which can happen when ordering lots. Bobby was amazing and sorted out the missing bit quickly and offered a discount on my next order. Will definitely order from again.
