Biu Blaster レビュー 5

I ordered a Biu blaster for my son for Christmas. The website says shipping is 5 to 10 business days. I ordered it on Nov 30th and it is now January 5th. It has been 36 days. This was the one thing my son wanted for Christmas. My son has been crying everyday since Christmas, he no longer believes in Santa Clause. The order wasn't even shipped until Dec18th. Customer service's response "its coming, don't worry." Worst experience.

Company never deliverd my order. I have waited 4 months for the order and still nothing. Its no good contacting them via email as I don't think they have a computer to look at them with. Im now down £50 !!! I want my money back.

They are very keen to solve problems. Our blaster got broken while the first playing... After writing to Biu and sending some pictures, they contacted the manufacturer and we got a new shooting assembly for changing. Second time the blaster got broken, we got helpful information via Biu from the manufacturer.

Dispatch is a bit slow, but the blaster themselves are pretty good quality, this shop is owned by the same person that owns zhenduotoys.com, and you can buy "balance" with paypal here so that you can purchase items from the zhenduo main store. It's kinda confusing, just contact their support they will explain it. They were really helpful in the support chat so I guess i'd reccomend.

Lost one star due to slowness in dispatch.
Made two orders so far, UK stock: delivery time was as expected, but dispatch was slow, rs99-17 and m1911 are still working great. China stock: typical dispatch and delivery time.

I think the m1911 is the best low cost gel blaster for £20-30 range, the speed is pretty nice stock and if you use 11.1v is crazy, just remember the gears are plastic so they will wear out quickly, you can order a new gearbox though.
