Allowed my full price order to go through fine. Then on Cyber Monday canceled my order with no explanation or offer to rectify the situation. Reached out with 2 emails that never got a response. Horrible customer service...don't waste your time or money.

They provided two shipping options (UPS or DHL). I chose the more expensive option, DHL, because I've had way too many bad experiences with UPS. When I got my order tracking info, it turned out that they had sent it with UPS anyway, even though I specifically paid extra to avoid UPS. I emailed them about it and never got a response. It has now been a month and I have gotten no response from Superplastic, and no update from UPS. Superplastic clearly doesn't care at all about customer service; theirs is nonexistent.

Love the SuperPlastic product so much! Have 3 of them now. Hope to collect more. The shipping was fast and easy to follow.

I’m very happy with the figures and even more with the service!
Even though my pre order got delayed a few times, it was shipped quickly and very well packaged.

The package had a price discrepancy and I got contacted by the courier about a very high valued package was on it's way.
Superplastic did handle the situation by also noticing themselves and contacting me offering some in consolation even though the situation was an easy fix.
Overall great communication and understanding.

All this shows that they value their customers.
