I’m 72 and got a Bixpy a couple of months ago as my ability to paddle my kayak lessens each month. It’s brilliant. It does exactly what it should do. The battery is very good and the controls easy to use. My only current issue is the raising of the rudder and blade. I’m using paracord to do that (as you should) and it can be difficult. Customer service from Bixby has been exceptional

Extremely disappointed. Very expensive product and they won't deal "direct" - They tell me to use a Dealer, but the cost(s) increase........ I'll go elsewhere as very disappointed with their conduct.
