BIZAY レビュー

Happy with the business cards, the only problem was that during the transit the rubber bands snapped and then there was chaos. :) I can imagine that during longer transport they may get damaged, however that was not our case.

Experience was great. Great finish on prints and arrived on time

Great quality prints with very good prices

Business cards are perfect, good quality and reasonably priced thank you

Great design service and quality finish. It gives our small community enterprise the professionalism we were looking for.

Good quality and delivery times. AI chatbot is less than satisfactory

Everything is just great. I didn't even expect the order to arrive so quickly. Thank you so much for the fast delivery and for the business cards.

Good quality buisness cards

For the life of me I cannot understand how this company has 4.5 star rating. I made an order for delivery on the 3rd of September. This was to coincide with a masters presentation. Order never arrived and to date it is still pending production. They keep pushing out the dispatch date and now stands at the 22nd of September 26, but no doubt that will change again tomorrow. Customer service is appaling. I have asked several times to cancel the order and refund, but alas that never happens and they just give me a load of bull about production delays. Please do not use this company, and I guarantee the response to this review will be something like this. We cant find your order details, as if I never made one in the first place. Shocking company, shocking customer service, and the bot in charge of help is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Update it is now October 1st, 2026 order has not been delivered or even dispatched. The customer service bot now tells me it is due to be dispatched on 7th October 26.
I will keep updating this review every week till its resolved. Shit company shit service.

Really easy to order and delivered product is fantastic

The printing and prices very good . Best thing I like is when I upload images I can add more and text and colour it. That's great because I used another service and would only let me upload my design Bizay has lots of choices I need for printing and offer good discounts to customers by email.

Really easy to use

Great quality and fast delivery and good prices
Happy to recommend

Nice and cheap

Great material

Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I could review the 1,000 stickers I ordered for an event, but I never received them.

What I can review is the customer service - or rather, the complete lack of it. I paid extra for express delivery, yet three weeks passed with no order and no update, despite repeated emails and requests for someone to call me. The event I needed them for passed but I still wanted to received what I had paid for.

Eventually, part of the order was delivered—to the wrong house, in the wrong city. The other half has simply disappeared and, three months later, I am still waiting for answers.

Unreliable delivery, nonexistent customer service, and absolutely no accountability. I will never order from this company again.
