BIZAY レビュー

Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I could review the 1,000 stickers I ordered for an event, but I never received them.

What I can review is the customer service - or rather, the complete lack of it. I paid extra for express delivery, yet three weeks passed with no order and no update, despite repeated emails and requests for someone to call me. The event I needed them for passed but I still wanted to received what I had paid for.

Eventually, part of the order was delivered—to the wrong house, in the wrong city. The other half has simply disappeared and, three months later, I am still waiting for answers.

Unreliable delivery, nonexistent customer service, and absolutely no accountability. I will never order from this company again.

Great communication and very happy with my product

Amazing great quality and design. Highly recommend

Simple and fast process. Great value for money.

Scam website. Bought an item for event, paid extra for delivery by September 1st, still not here on September 3rd. No way at all to make contact with them. They don't have customer support just a link to make a whistle blowers report to the EU.

Good product, complied with what was offered and arrived before the set time.

I’m absolutely delighted with my business cards! The quality is excellent, the colours are bright and vibrant, and they look even better than I expected. The delivery was very fast, and the price was really affordable. I’m extremely happy with the result and would definitely recommend! Thank you so much! 💃✨

The business cards look great and arrived quickly, lovely service, thank you.

I am a real customer of Bizay. I had a problem with my very first order (#5119131) and did not receive it on time. It took some time to submit an inquiry, but it was worth it—they explained the reason for the delay and processed my request. Within a month, I received my order successfully. The quality is good enough. While I am not recommending them just yet, I will place another order myself. If everything goes well, I will update my review and share my final verdict.

On a side note regarding Bizay, their customer support experience urgently requires a direct communication channel with human representatives, as their current automated AI assistant is entirely non-functional.

I ordered a sets if stickers, one for the back and one for the front of the same product. They were made from the same template, with the same design and colours. When they arrived the stickers were completely different colours and can't be used for the intended product. I paid extra for design verification!

Very efficient service, I've ordered stamp on Thursday and it was received within less than a week

My project turned out better than expected. Thank you Bizay! Happy customer here

Pens are good but they sent 1 colour I had pressed for multi colours, I normally use pens.ie but these popped up and had Good reviews, no customer service, even the robot chat is rubbish and doesn't help , you can't upload a photo on it and it insists you have to to continue, their email listed here on trust pilot just directs you to the chat bot so you get nowhere, and no contact number either, a bloody disaster, and so frustrating to contact, I am disappointed that I'm now stuck with 250 blue pens so I won't order again as pens.ie is much more straight forward to order multi colours from.
Just read reply and would you believe the contact form sends you back to chat bot where you can't continue unless you upload a photo but there is no way to upload. So a pointless reply of no use whatsoever. Order number was
