BIZAY レビュー

Great website, smooth transaction and quality products. I get all my marketing supplies from Bizay! Very happy!

Great quality business cards, great price & swift delivery.

I can't complain about the quality, service or thd delivery. Its all been brilliant. Its just the website. It could be easier to use

Ordering was easy - the help to customise the product was great. Arrived on time and is perfect for my needs.

Speed of delivery, price and quality

Very good quality and timelines

Always good quality of products and great delivery experience.

Awful experience. Paid 10 euro for a delivery that never came in time
No info provided
Impossible to talk to a human being
No tracking number, nothing
Plus costumer service emails are not in use

It’s great quality love it thank you unfortunately I made a mistake by sending you the wrong company logo I have submitted another order with the correct logo. But it’s been very good experience I will work with you in the near future for sure

The site was very easy to use and came across very professional in dealing with there customer. Well done

So fast delivered 2 days early. Unbelievable quality and great pricing.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. They kept pushing back the shipping date for over a month. I waited over two weeks for the email itself. And I should mention that I sent them a FINISHED design created by a graphic designer. Then, after over a month, they sent me business cards. However, the flyers I also ordered arrived two days later, and luckily the courier had my phone number because they didn't even write my address on the second package... NEVER AGAIN.

Used the website to place my order and it couldn’t have been simpler. Price wise price was very competitive and delivery was ahead of schedule. All in all a very satisfying experience. Will definitely order again.

Easy ordering, delivered on time.

Very good service, professional prints, very good delivery services as well

Really appreciate it's fast. Will give next order soon.

I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery date of 08/05, yet the parcel was only delivered on 14/05, six days late. The tracking link remained frozen and completely uninformative until 13/05, the day before delivery, showing illogical routing and providing no visibility on the status of my order.

I opened a support case and received nothing but generic, scripted replies that did not address my questions or provide any real information. I never received any explanation for the delay, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no compensation despite paying specifically for a fixed delivery date.

To make matters worse, the “formal complaint” email address they provided was no longer active, and my support case was automatically closed without resolution. All interactions felt automated, and I am not convinced that any human ever reviewed my situation.

If you need reliable delivery or real customer service, I strongly recommend choosing another company. Bizay has shown no transparency, no accountability, and no professionalism.

Everything was perfect .Arrived on time. Will order again

As you didn’t sort us out for me (still no contact details / no refund / no product) I want you to send me my money back. I don’t want you to investigate as this is going nowhere. I just want a refund.

No hassle and very professional
