B&K Electricals Limited レビュー

Our emersion heater stopped heating the water and I used a different company which didn’t solve the problem and stopped taking my calls. So I rang B & K
and their service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrical or plumbing problem.

Used for a number of jobs (plumbing and electrical) and they have always turned up on time.
Staff have all been friendly and respectful of our property.
Seem to be able to react to short notice call outs even during the pandemic.

B&K Electricals, came to install my new boiler, i needed new pipework throughout, nothing was to much trouble, they completed the job which was first class, all aprropriated gas safety certificates were provided, a total pleasure to deal with.

Remedial building (tiling) work done around fireplace and installation of electrical lighting to a very high standard. Workmanship and helpfulness first rate. All work performed in timely manner and workplace left
clean and tidy. A great job very well done. I have no hesitation in recommending B&K Electricals, and would certainly use them again.

After a few days delay in the Service Company (CET) getting in touch B & K got the call to carry out the repair to my toilet.
Lee called in advance to ensure the correct location and carried out the quite challenging repair, very awkward access, quickly leaving the Holiday Cottage clean and tidy.
Great job done and Lee was polite and professional.
Thank you Lee

Do not use this company without getting a written quote for work . I was charged for 3 hours work when the plumber was there an hour. Also charged £40 for materials used - one stop end . They are ripping people off.

Landlords Beware - Do not use this company for electrical safety inspections.
B&K failed my property saying it needed remedial work that they would then carry out for an additional £280. 3 other qualified electricians who carry out the same inspections told me It should have passed with only an advisory. I put this to them and asked for more detail on the reason for a fail, which they wouldn’t give. They are ripping people off.
A complaint is in about them with the NEC IEC, which is being investigated. Beware of this company.

Jill B you are an absolute diamond. I wish all services were as quick and professional...well done...would highly recommend

Tony and his team have once again saved the day. We were committed to having some renovation work carried out to a very tight timescale and B&K Electricals fitted their work into the schedule at exactly the right point. As always, excellent work by their electrician. He was courteous and helpful throughout.

I am not local to Sunderland and wanted to find a trustworthy company. Wow how super helpful and professional this company is. Jess was particularly very helpful and pleasant. Many thanks. Lee Gough Belgrave Property Ltd

Your prompt response and helpfulness on the phone was appreciated. Your electrician was really thorough. Although the fault has been proven to be with the oven, not the electrics he really set our minds at ease about the electrics.

Fantastic service as always by Tony and the team. We have used these guys on numerous occasions over the years and they have always provided the most professional service not to mention an excellent standard of work and value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending b and K to anyone needing a plumbing solution. Thanks again guys.

Reliable, efficient and very reasonably priced with experienced qualified professionals who are happy to explain what they are doing or have done to resolve issues. We (including extended family) have used them to instal fires, boilers, plumbing and on each occasion have always found them to give a great quality service from contacting the shop to meeting the engineer. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company.

Excellent job, we are very happy with the work done, a very efficient & professional service received from everyone we had contact with. I would definitely use again in the future & have no hesitation in recommending BK to potential customers.

I am delighted with the service I received today. My smoke alarm was repaired in minutes and he turned up on time. Very rare these days. He even tidied up after himself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you.
