Ben was very approachable, clearly explained all aspects of the survey and answered my follow up questions. Would certainly recommend to get your building survey done with Blackacre Building Surveyors.

After being fobbed off by the first surveyors I approached. (I assume they thought I was a hoax caller!) I contacted Ben who was great. He came back with a quote as promised and organised the survey within a couple of weeks. The report was comprehensive and Ben was happy to answer all my initial queries and follow up questions.
