Charlee provided a detailed and rigorous evaluation of my habits, my strengths and my areas of improvement. While it wasn't easy facing the psychological barriers contributing to some of my unhealthy behaviours, doing so was key in addressing the problems. Our work started with a consultation where we'd discuss my health, habits, and goals, She later presented a well-organized report and created a customized plan that focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and movement. She conducts routine check-ups on my overall progress and if there are areas where I'd fall behind, we'd have sessions examining the wheres and whys and go from there.
