Having looked into your order, I can see that our manufacturing warehouse initially sent a delivery link to allow you to select a convenient delivery date. It’s possible this may have been missed or not received, which unfortunately delayed the process.

Sorry that you did not receive the goods in the time allocated. I understand that there was an issue with the courier and we are glad that you eventually received your item on the 6th of Feb. Unfortunately we have no control over the couriers - once the items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Again please accept our humble apologies.

Not delivered

Not delivered , so cannot give a score better than 1. Also sent several emails asking when it would be delivered but no reply. I get that people would be on holiday , but surely they would have an out of office stating when deliveries would be processed and sent out.

Shelving order

I tried to place an order online which would not go through. I telephoned instead and spoke to a lovely lady called Diane who processed the order for me and arrived when stated - Thank you Diane for your help.

I didn’t get what I ordered

I didn’t get what I ordered. After a complaint they only said sorry and didn’t do anything to solve the issue. Luckily I used my credit card to pay for the order so I got my money back through the creditcard company.

Prestige Washroom now responds on my review, but not on my emails on how we could solve. They claim that I got now 12 free cans (from a scent I didn’t want in the first place) . The only reason I got part of my money back is because I paid by credit card and not because of them solving the issue for me. I would say don’t buy here!

Hello, we are so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service you received from us. I can however see from our notes that we were completely unaware of the stock shortage, from our manufacturing warehouse so we agreed with you to send an alternative scent, this in which you have received. I understand this still does not resolve your issue of receiving the original scent you ordered however, having told us in this review you did a charge back and got your money back, you did in the end, end up with x12 products completely free. We again apologise for any inconvenience caused.
