What an absolute amazing company! I ordered rims and tires for 1,200$ CAD and let me tell you they weren’t cheap brands!!! If I could post a pic of how sexy my car looks, I would! I highly recommend this co pant! Not only for the price but for the service. They are amazing. I am so grateful because not everyone can afford 3-4K for top of the line rims and tires. PLUS.. they helped me with a tires discount. WTH!?!? *When it feels like you won something*

Purchased 3 Carlisle Trail HD ST225/75R15 E rated tires and received one mismatching D rated tire. Reached out over phone, email and there contact forum on there site but after multiple attempts no response. On multiple attempts to contact over the phone I waited 30 minutes or more on all occasions with no luck. Needless to say very disappointed with the outcome of the situation as I’m now stuck with an unusable spare. Would not recommend buy from local and save the hassle of interfacing over the phone.

OUTSTANDING customer service/support. FAST shipping on tires. Directly to a garage of your choosing as well. Garage appointment setup and completed by Blackcircles. When No other tire company had stock of the CrossClimate 2's. Well....Blackcircle did !! Thank you everyone that helped me and did an amazing job for me. I had no stress. They were cheaper than any tire company had them for as well. Amazing !

They're selling outdated stock at premium prices. When my girlfriend received her recent order, it was a disappointment, and we couldn't help but laugh, I was on the verge of buying with them... Their customer service feels like it's run by volunteers and doesn't provide the best support, try to question them on their products and operations and see how incoherent it is. There's no tracking information either. We'd recommend buying from Costco, your local garage, or elsewhere instead.

Purchased a set of Continental Viking winter tires online. The process was super simple and quick. Delivery was incredibly fast and my tires arrived in a couple days. I highly recommend Blackcircles for anyone needing tires. They carry multiple brands and often provide online promotions and rebates.

Ordered tires from this website only a day ago. Shipping said 1-5 business days, they came the next day. Everything was as promised, and the price was better than even the lowest quoted price from a tire supplier.

Went to my appointment at the garage for nothing. Tires were not delivered. They ere not able to get the 4 tires. No body advise me. Bad customer service

I’ve been buying tires from them for several years and I always get what I want and with the very best price on the market in Quebec. On top of that, they always deliver in less than 3 days. I live in a rural village but it doesn’t stop them for delivering them for free. I love those guys

I purchased over 8 tires from Blackcircles, so I spent a fair amount of money with them.
Last week, one of my winter tires had a puncture on the side wall and had to be replaced. I checked Blackcircles and they could not deliver for 7 days. I use the car everyday for school run and work and couldn't wait for a week. So, I got it done at the local place.
Marc Chevanelle at Blackcircles declined warranty and pointed me to their warranty info link with term and conditions.
So even after spending all that money with them they could not consider my case - no customer loyalty!
I should have done my research earlier, Costco has no quibble warranty for FIVE years. You might spend $50 more on a tire but you'll save money in the long run. Had I purchased my tire from Costco, they would have replaced it free of charge but with Blackcircles, I paid twice.
The point of this review is to share the knowledge from my mistake - Purchase your tires from Costco and you will be good for 5 years unless you find someone else could beat that. Thank you and good luck!

Ordered tires and rims. 3 out of 4 tires were received with studs. After getting the tires installed it was identified that 1 of the 4 rims has a different bolt pattern. It has been 14 days since I placed the order, now I have to wait another 5 days. They offered $25 to change out the rim, it cost me 35$ to mount them. Just poor service. Will not use again.

I ordered 17 inch tires and rims for my 81 year old Grandmother as she needed new studded winters on rims for her newer van since the studded winters on rims we have are too small off the older van, I would have shopped locally for her but the shops around here estimated a few weeks wait for them and a little longer for install and she wanted them sooner rather than later so I went on Google and went to the Micheline website! They recommended blackcircles.ca for having what my Grandmother wanted and we trusted the Canadian Micheline website....BIG MISTAKE! They sent us 17 inch rims and 18 inch tires, I also ordered 4 sets of 5 lock lugnuts for each tire and they only sent 1 set of 5! The customer service rep I talked to by the name of Geneviève over the phone when they called to inquire why I wanted to return something was rude from the get-go after my Grandmother asked me to speak on her behalf! She kept interrupting me when I tried to speak and kept telling me I was stupid in other words as they sent me what I ordered when they didn't and then when I raised my voice to be heard she told me if I didn't stop raising my voice she wouldn't help me, would then hangup and blacklist me from getting help from them! when I tried to explain why I raised my voice and the frustration of getting not only what I didn't order but also missing items and that I felt my Grandmother shouldn't have to pay fees she kept interrupting and talking over me so I again raised my voice and she once again told me to stop or she wasn't helping me I told her to stop talking over and interrupting me and let me speak, she once again insulted me so I hungup the phone! She emailed me a few minutes after and offered me return slips for the rims but we are stuck paying the 25 plus taxes fee per rim and that I recieved all the lock lugnuts I ordered and she hoped this was satisfactory and hoped I'll be a return customer and proceeded to ask for feedback! I have a 91 cummins that I am planning on buying 35 inch tires for one day but definitely won't be giving them money again and advise others to avoid them as their customer service is the pits and their attitude towards these two new customers definitely is something to be desired! Also a side note thought mentioning, they sent the tires by a company named campar but I never got a notice in my email they shipped the tires and this company left them in the middle of our driveway in broad daylight never said they were delivered or knock and sign same with the 5 lock lugnuts no delivered email either!, yet Purolator was used for the rims and the gentleman offered to help me load them in the van or wherever I wanted "didn't know they sent 2 sizes at that point and found out later that day since the men at the install shop who blackcircles.ca recommend told us" and also had me sign for them and that gave me a delivered email from blackcircles.ca same with them shipping them so I found out! So once again I say AVOID and don't give them your money!

Buyer beware with this company. I decided to give them a try because they had a great price on 4 winter tires. I received the tires and had them installed. I don't drive much in winter and store my tires inside so typically I get four seasons out of a set of tires. Everything seemed great until the second winter when I noticed the tires had significant dry rot. I checked with three garages and they all said the tires were not safe to use. Turns out my "great deal" was not so great after all. Ended up buying another set of tires from a local garage and throwing out a set of tires that still had 80%+ of tread.

They have a great selection and are reliable for the most part. This was my first time ordering with them and I got 3 of the 4 tires I ordered in under 5 days. I'm still waiting for the 4th tire and have been given a bit of a run-around. They mainly use FedEx and Purolator as their delivery services, so if your order is delayed, they put the blame on one of those services. Would I buy from them again? Probably, but will do it more in advance next time.

My experience with this online tire retailer was positive for the most part.
Ordered 4 tires, the price was good, and they arrived within 4 business days of placing my order.

I did home delivery and the only negatives I can mention are:
1. The tires were not wrapped. No major scuffs in my case, but I guess that depends on the delivery agent, as I see some reviews complaining about the delivered condition of the tires.
2. No shipment tracking info. I stepped outside one day and was surprised to see the tires stacked in my driveway (albeit by my house door). My driveway is exposed to lots of traffic. Leaving $1k worth of new tires sitting in plain sight in my driveway with no delivery notification, maybe not the best idea. In my case, no harm came of it.

The tires went on sale one week after I bought them. I tried to call customer service about price matching. Was on hold for a long time (however it was a Saturday), and finally hung up. I started online chat and a customer service agent responded immediately. Told me I should Email sales team as he was not authorized to make price adjustments. I emailed the sales team and received a reply next business day that the price difference had been refunded to my credit card. I also called the sales team and was able to immediately speak with a human. No fuss, no muss, no bother.

Would I buy from them again? Depends. I prefer to shop locally, but in my case the specific tires I wanted were not readily available from local sources. My experience with staff was positive, they were polite and accommodating, and I appreciated very much that I was able to immediately chat with a human and not a bot. So if the same situation arises for me again, I would certainly purchase from this business again.
