Ordered a single earring.
Received with no back (butterfly).
Only got a response from first email.

Easy checkout, fast delivery and a quality product

It's not so hard to find gothic jewels around, but BlackFeatherDesign's are the very best. Completely handmade, so rich in details and even after a year the product is as new as I bought it! Impressed.

Ordered a few things from Black Feather and they are great! Quality is excellent and packaging is really good if you want to gift an item. I especially love my mountain rings, one of each width, thanks BlackFeather!

The jewellery is top quality, the designs are very intricate, I was very pleasantly surprised when the owl ring arrived and was a vibrant and colourful as it was on the website. More than happy.

Omg this company is amazing! So many different styles. Bought my boyfriend two bracelets from here, he showers with them on and wears them all the time. They've held up so well and still look good as new. Amazing! So helpful too as I've messaged the owner with sizing questions and they are always so nice. Super quick replies too!

I treated myself to a beautiful necklace last year and it has become my favourite piece of jewellery - I wear it with everything!

The chain is thick and sturdy, which I love, also the pendant is a good weight and nicely detailed.

The order process was easy and the owners were pleasant throughout, keeping me updated on the status of my order.

Highly recommend Black Feather Design, I will certainly be shopping with you again - thank you! :)

excellent customer service and communication from the seller prompt delivery
and above all they sell absolutely beautiful pieces at a great price
ive seen more than a few vastly inferior pieces priced much higher from other stores
I am personally impressed and will likely purchase from them again in the future

Fantastic store with jewelery aesthetics and prices. that you can't find anywhere else.

I purchased a pair of Jawless Skull ear studs from Black Feather Design for my wife as a Christmas present. My wife adores them. The quality of the studs is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is exceptional. The customer service is without fault - first class! The item was gift wrapped for me and packaged with the same level of detail and care. Oli definitely goes above and beyond to get it right, and he certainly did in my case. The communication was brilliant. He kept me informed every step of the way from order right through to delivery. I would very highly recommend buying from BFD. I will definitely be using them again! Many thanks!

Earrings and rings arrived as scheduled and were exactly as photographed. The skull ring has a nice heft. Customer service has been responsive and personable when addressing queries.

I purchased a ring, earrings and a necklace from Black Feather and all were amazing, detail and quality are amazing. I live in Canada and the shipping was tracked and I received my deliveries within 10 business days (I also believe most of the delay was Canada Post!).

With the quality, service and all for an amazing price point I will be ordering again. They make great gifts!

I had earrings for a present last year and then at Christmas was given the ring and necklace to match.
I absolutely love the whole set - the necklace is so sweet and the ring is really chunky but super comfortable . I've had so many compliments about it- ill definitely be looking for other items in the future. Thank you very much 😊

Can’t fault them. I ordered a ring which was a little too big. I emailed and was able to return it and they sent me out the next size up. Really pleased with ring. Well made and smooth comfortable fit. The fidget part is well designed and I am really pleased with my purchase and how easily my problem was resolved. I would purchase from this seller again .
