Crystal Heaven London レビュー

The customer support from Crystal Heaven London is amazing! I recently had an earring break on me and the team replaced it straight away, and even sent a hand written note in my delivery. I felt so cared for by the lovely team I spoke to, who were so polite, and I will continue shopping here every time in future! I'd recommend them to anyone :)

Love all my earring from Crystal Heaven and have received so many compliments. They're great quality at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Great jewelry and fantastic lady sorted out a little problem quickly and very happy 😃 xx

amazing quality and comfortable jewellery with quick delivery.

beautiful pieces, fairly priced. have had them for months and never take them out. the price and color is perfect if you dont want to buy white gold but also dont like the color of the darker silver metals.

I have spent hundreds of pounds on earrings and had bad reactions to ALL of them. I have worn my earnings from Crystal Heaven London every day since buying them (9 months) and not had any bother. 10/10 would recommend.

Love their jewellery

Terrible customer service and quality of jewellery. I’m confused by the good review and extremely disappointed with my experience with this brand. I ordered a hoop for my rook piercing. Unfortunately once the jewellery was in, it wouldn’t close. I’ve tried to close it so hard it has gave my piercing a blood blister. I contacted the brand regarding this and they just said there products are checked before shipping. No apology. No resolution. And I have received no response since this and shall be taking it further.

very fast delivery and the quality is perfect! I wear my daith daily; that includes showering and sweating without it tarnishing.

Hands down the best jewellery company I’ve found for my piercings.
The choice is beautiful, the delivery is quick and my pieces look sublime!
I usually have to get bits from 2 or 3 sites but not anymore

The price absolutely reflects the quality and craftsmanship

Just received another beautiful piece from Crystal Heaven thank you ☺️

I have ordered over 7 items over a period of time and all the items I have ordered a lovely! My ear jewellery is always being complimented on!

Easy purchase & beautiful products! I love the threadless earrings for my helix piercing; after losing so many fronts on my previous threaded pieces, this makes sense. I don’t know it’s there & I don’t need to worry that it’s not.

Amazing company! Always fast delivery and the earrings I’ve had have always been such great quality! Would definitely buy from them again

I had been having trouble with getting my daith piercing to heal. We had a very hard time switching it to a gold hoop and then my piercing was just not happy and stayed irritated all the time. I was about ready to give up but decided to try the Helios Eternity Daith Hoop in bright silver titanium and that made all the difference. Within a couple of days, all the irritation cleared up. It is now a happy little piercing and it looks beautiful! I am so happy I gave it another try and I plan to get another titanium hoop in gold so I can change it up with the seasons. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful earrings and fast postage. The bliss cartilage hoop is absolutely beautiful, so sparkly!

Absolutely beautiful jewellery - I won't be shopping anywhere else! There was so much choice for all different types of piercings and everything matches effortlessly. The quality is great and I now don't have to worry about swapping out earrings as they will never tarnish! 100% recommend.
