A retailer we ordered the Hololive OCG from told us directly that Blackfire doesnt care and doesnt prioritize the game and thats why our orders delay by a whooe week, causing us to miss an official tournament thats only played with the new cards.

Supportanfragen werden hier grundsÀtzlich nur sporadisch bearbeitet. 3-5 Werktage zur Beantwortung einer kurzen Anfrage sind im b2b Bereich an sich schon eine Frechheit, im Falle von Blackfire wird man jedoch feststellen, dass die Einhaltung jener Bearbeitungszeit unter die Kategorie Premiumservice fÀllt.
Reklamationensanfragen werden auch nur dann bearbeitet, wenn man mit juristischen Konsequenzen droht, Stichwort ist hier BEARBEITET, nicht gelöst.
In meinem Fall, hat man mir falsche Artikel geliefert und auf Anfrage einer RÌcksendung wurde ich um Zerstörung jener Artikel und Bildnachweis gebeten, da eine Retoure unwirtschaftlich wÀre. Nun hat die Kommunikation (wie immer) Wochen gedauert und nachdem die Artikel zerstört und die Bilder eingegangen sind, erhielt ich die freundliche Mitteilung, dass die Reklamationsfrist abgelaufen sei.
Ich habe noch nie sie viel Inkompetenz in einem einzigen Unternehmen erlebt, danke, nein danke!

Una vergogna. Se già la mancanza di supporto telefonico non fosse abbastanza (già di per sé assurdo, con la quantità di soldi che spendiamo), gli operatori rispondono pure in maniera scortese e impersonale alle mail (quando rispondono), come dei bot, quasi fossi s*****o tu a volergli dare soldi.
Purtroppo possono pure permettersi di farlo, essendo gli unici ad avere quantità così grandi di materiale.
Onestamente, non mi stupirei se una volta possibile metteranno l'AI come unico mezzo di customer service (sempre che non l'abbiano già fatto... spiegherebbe la roboticità delle mail).

Les premiÚres années ça allait, puis ils ont té absorbés par un autre groupe et plus moyen d'en tirer quelque chose de positif, chaque mois a son lot de dingueries et ils n'assument même pas.
Et le pire c'est qu'ils ont le monopole sur certains produits clefs de leur secteur.

Been ordering since over a year and all of the sudden they start hiding popular items for my account and ignore my emails in which I ask about why this is happening.

Blackfire... Que dire ? Excepté que c'est le PIRE distributeur en Europe! Mais vraiment le PIRE et de trÚs trÚs loin.
Des exemples ? On vous envoi des produits 7/9 mois aprÚs la date de sortie officielle, ben oui ! Vous êtes une POUBELLE pour eux, les items qu'ils ont pas réussi à distribuer, ils vous le refilent :o). Des vrais clowns.
J'attends toujours une réponse à mes emails... De Mars/Avril. Quand ils vous répondent c'est avec une magnifique boite mail "NO REPLY" ou ils vous demande de RÃPONDRE (ah oui c'est des clowns) DONC VOUS OUVREZ UN AUTRE TICKET !!! Et boom! On recommence pour un tour :o).
Pour résumé : Fuyez, enfin plutot ne compter pas sur eux, si vous vous dites je vais prendre X quantités chez eux, dites vous que c'est un surplus. Vous n'aurez JAMAIS les quantités demandés, voir (comme moi) jamais à la sortie mais bien aprÚs. J'avais hate de travailler avec eux, à l'époque, plus de deux ans plus tard, je ne retire que de mauvaises choses, dommage car ils avaient le potentiel pour etre un des leaders Européens.

Our experience with Blackfire.eu has been disappointing
Our experience with Blackfire.eu has been quite disappointing. They closed our account citing unpaid invoices, even though we had requested â and they confirmed â that we would only pay for orders exceeding a minimum amount to qualify for free shipping. Despite this, they kept sending invoices below the agreed amount. We repeatedly tried to contact them through their own platform (the only available method) to add more items and reach the minimum, but we never received a response.
Naturally, we werenât going to pay invoices that didnât meet the agreed terms. Whatâs most surprising is that by consolidating orders, they could have actually made more money from each shipment. In the end, they closed our account without offering a proper chance for discussion and, once again⊠didnât reply.
In short: a very poor sales service with no real interest in building a solid professional relationship.

So etwas wie hier habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich bin HÀndler und bin angewiesen auf pÃŒnktliche Lieferung oder wenigstens einen zuverlÀssigen Support. Hier bist du mit solchen AnsprÃŒchen völlig fehl am Platz. Ticket lösen und 2-3 Wochen auf eine Antwort warten, und auf das Ticken antworten? Nein, erneut ein neues Ticket lösen, bei etwa 200 Anrufen ist noch NIE jemand dran gegangen. Lieferungen kommen nur Teils oder einfach mit Monate langer VerspÀtung an. Beschwerden interessieren hier niemanden, selbst die Angestellten die mal antworten sind so schlecht gelaunt, das es dir das GefÃŒhl vermittelt, dieser GroÃhÀndler hÀtte den Preis als schlechtester HÀndler Europas verdient. Danke Blackfire, danke fÃŒr nichts!
Immediate and unreasonable termination of customer account
I used to be a client for almost 2 years. After placing important amount of preorders, they sent an email saying the were about to terminate my customer account. I have sent several email asking if this was a mistake, but i received no answers and my account has been blocked.
