Black Mango レビュー

The item (the beautiful rocking chair) arrived in three days in perfect condition!!!

I'm STILL waiting for the delivery of my purchase. I have phoned the delivery company and they haven't gotten back to me. Very poor service.
Delivery was expected on 18/11 according to the tracking site...today is 28/11 and no delivery.
NOT happy.

Response; Thank you Black Mango Team, I am very happy with my new chair, it is beautiful.
However, it wasn't received within the 10 days of ordering as you mentioned - it took 14 days. The service from the delivery company was very poor particularly as they said they would keep me updated when I initially enquired as to why it was late. They didn't get back to me at any stage. My area is not remote and is not very far from a major town. Other delivery company's do far better with their service than the one you guys deal with.

love my ottoman with storage. Exceptionally sturdy, well constructed, good quality material with deep buttoning. useful storage for shoes , toys or rugs etc Located this item from internet search. Excellent description and specifications on website then visited warehouse -local in Adelaide- Extremely happy with customer service , helpful pleasant manner. Would recommend both product and seller

Beautiful chairs and shipped very quickly

I purchased an office chair & the next day it was on special. I contacted them & they refunded me the difference. They were so pleasant to deal with. Item was delivered within a couple of days.

I purchased the Hampton Club Chair in black and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It looks exactly like the picture on the website. The fabric on the cushions is a stylish linen look and the chair is comfortable, sturdy and well made. Delivery was also quick.

Prompt delivery. Excellent product. Very happy with my purchase!

I had a great experience with the team at Black Mango. Right through from when I placed my order to when I received my goods, the whole process was simple and easy! I couldn’t be happier with my Cloud sofa and single seater as well as my Arlo coffee and side tables.

Fantastic service love the product that I brought so so happy. I will buy again from Black mango💖

I bought a set of loose covers for the Cloud sofa and the quality is great. The fabric is really thick and heavy and the covers have given my sofa a real face lift.

Fantastic service ! I accidentally chose the wrong colour for a chair and they swapped it to the door within two days with no problems at all.
Would recommend them to anyone .

Fantastic was exactly like I thought when it came I loved it and the service

No where near as white as it looks in the images provided. Black scuff marks are n the bottom of the chair. Almost doesn’t really “rock”. Not very impressed.

Love my table, stylish and different.

Our piece arrived before the allotted time and it was exactly as pictured on the website!

Love my new rocking chair and ottoman! Exactly like the picture on the website. Colour is perfect for nursery room.

These people are fantastic to deal with. Communication with them is great. I will be happy to deal with them in the future.

Lovely chairs - just as pictured - and prompt service. Will definitely use again.

Service and communication were excellent.
