i cant speak for other service providers but black owl have a ticket system that is prompt and they get onto issues very quickly putting resources into solving the client errors or concerns. I have never had an issue that remained outstanding for long - a credit to the staff and set up at BO. long may it continue.

Tim Neville, is amazing at Tech!

He runs the tech at church and has also:
- transferred my web name "cleaningking.co.uk" from blue host
- set up a basic website
- organised my emails
- google listing/connected my website with it

All this would of taken me weeks to do, and Tim has completed this in an afternoon.

Tim, it's a pleasure having you as a church friend, but also in a working relation, not just with secular work, but as part of the church tech team.
