I have stayed at the property for nearly two years and must say my stay was near on perfect. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Good sized room with a writing desk.
Very nice bathroom & kitchen.

I had a really good time at the "Brooklands" accommodation.

First, Carol and Paul (the landlords) were honest and empathic since day 1. Whenever I needed support or clarification they provided a solution or information in less than 24 hours.

Second, my housemates were the best. They were always kind with me. Indeed, I really enjoyed cooking new dishes, watching F1 races, having parties, going to the pub and playing videogames with them. I think that I wont find such great housemates in another place.

Third, the location of the house was perfect for going to my job (20 min walk) and to take a SW Railway train to the centre London.

Finally, having a house cleaner every Wednesday was good to have the house clean.

I have had a wonderful time living at Rickman Crescent. The move in process was smooth and easy and the room was very clean and modern. Carol and Paul have been brilliant landlords and are always quick to solve any problems or questions. The house had a very friendly atmosphere and all the tenants took great care to keep it feeling a great place to live. It’s is a sociable and fun place to live and I would happily go back again!

Carol and Paul are very hands on landlords who are easy to get in touch with and quick to solve problems, they do a lot more for the house and it’s housemates compared to most other landlords out there. The house itself was nice and modern and having a weekly cleaner and Gardner was always appreciated. The housemates were always lovely and I will miss them when I’m gone.

I have rented from Paul and Carol Watson for nearly two years. The house is very good and is well looked after. If there are any issues which need to be resolved they are done quickly with no fuss. Furthermore, the amenities are well looked with a cleaner and gardener.

I’ve had a great experience at Rickman Crescent, the room was in good condition upon arrival and the landlords have always been easy to contact.
Any problems I’ve had have been resolved quickly.
After 6 months at the property I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure.

I was fortunate to live in one of Paul and Carol’s house shares for 3 and a half years. In that time I made some great friends who I intend to stay in contact with in the future. Along with this, Paul and Carol ensured that any issues were always sorted as soon as possible and always went that extra mile. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and the only reason I left was due to relocating for a change of job!

The room was spotless when I moved in and the house was very organised. Carol and Paul were welcoming and showed me around the house, allocated fridge and freezer spaces and introduced me to some of the housemates. All of whom were lovely. This has been one of the best shared house experiences I have had, and should I move back to the area I would certainly check with them to see if they have a room available.

Carol and Paul are probably the most professional landlords I have ever met in my life. They have been always kind and helpful. Thank you for that great experience and I wish you all the best for the future.

I lived in Carol & Paul's property in Woking, Surrey for 11 months. They were very understanding and responsive to any issues at hand, even though this rarely occurred during my stay. The house was always well maintained and clean at all times. The other tenants of the household were so friendly and kind too, which was a bonus. From the first day till the last, I felt really welcomed and very comfortable. I really did enjoy my stay!

I lived at one of Carol and Paul’s properties for 5 years. This alone highlights how much I enjoyed my time there. They are both very hands on and resolve any issues immediately. Excellent amenities such as a gardener and cleaner. Regular checks of the property ensure great standard of living. Easy to get in touch with and considerate of your needs. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The housemates I lived with are wonderful and you couldn't ask for a better household dynamic.

I lived in Carol & Paul's for 6 months in Surrey. I should definitely say I had a really good time. The housemates were truly amazing, kind and friendly. The house was kept clean and neat all the time. Landlords attended to our needs immediately. Overall it was an amazing experience for me.
