Black Sheep Utilities レビュー

AVOID! Only exist to spam and scam people, so they can make as much money as possible. Remember, they're an energy broker - you can get better prices by just spending 15 minutes looking online and avoiding their shady business practises.

I'm extremely impressed with the service we've received from Black Sheep, particularly from Alice Labbett. We have been working on an extensive refurbishment project, which involves close coordination with our our utility providers. Alice's guidance, expertise, and proactive assistance have been invaluable throughout this complex process. Highly recommended !

We as a company have been with Black Sheep for a very long time.
Last month, I had an issue with one of the suppliers, I made a phone call and spoke to Archie. He has sorted the whole thing and was lovely in the process. He constantly asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Such a good experience. I would highly recommend them, for the years that we have been with them and now this recent communication and help that I needed.

Customer Service - above and beyond
Alice Labbett has sorted out quite a complex issue for me over the last 6 months. She has always kept me informed and up to date and solved the problem. Customer service lst class.
A very valuable member of staff
Thankyou

Malika was very helpful. Was able to answer my questions quickly and effectively

Quick to respond, listen to problems and finds solutions in a timely manner.
Great service overall.

The customer service is superb - We have worked with Black Sheep for a few years now and dealing with my utilities for the Company has never been easier. Would thoroughly recommend.

EXCELLENT SRVICE AND HELPED OUT WITH A BILLING ISSUE WITH SMARTEST ENERGY

Absolutely breathe of fresh air to deal with. First class service. Previously recommended by a friend and have since been back to Black Sheep twice to sort our switch of Electricity Suppliers. Archie dealt with my enquiry this time, absolutely seemless transaction. Josh previously arranged another transfer and again seemless service.

Black Sheep will the continue todeal with any future enquiries with your supplier on your behalf which is also a god send.
My absolute go to for any commercial utilities. Highly recommend.

This company will not stop calling despite been asked to not contact us again, they then turn aggressive and pushy, keep away from these people

Black Sheep have been brilliant at sorting out the question of VAT in respect of the bills for our charity and also in taking forward the possibility of fitting a smart meter.
Much easier than going through the actual provider.
Very quick response

Staff are always very friendly and helpful

What a breath of fresh air! Whenever I have a query or problem I never go direct to my energy supplier (British Gas Lite) I come straight to Customer Services at Black Sheep and they do all the hard work for me; they even chase the company if they don't get back within a certain time.
Also, when you call Customer Service you don't get pushed from pillar to post, the person who greets you on the telephone deals with your query - again, what a breath of fresh air.
I have been dealing with a very professional and courtesy lady called Malika Boostani and every time I contact her she is straight onto it and doesn't stop until the issue is resolved.
My work colleague was looking to swap suppliers and I did not hesitate to recommend BSU.
Well done guys, I won't be going anywhere for a long time.

I would give minus 10 stars if possible. They are rude, arrogant, pushy and condescending. They demand information re who you are, your role in the office, your level of responsibility and say they 'need' you to sign their permission form! When asked not to ring again they say they definitely will ring again. If they were the only energy broker in existence we would never use them. I find it hard to believe that there are still companies who haven't moved on from these very outdated attitudes. In the last 20 years most companies have moved to a model of customer service which involves politeness and good manners. The staff at this company have no concept of even the most basic manners and I can only assume that rudeness is part of their training.

Archie at Black Sheep helped us with the renewal of our water supply contract. He always kept me aware of how this was progressing through regular phone calls and emails and ultimately we achieved a very satisfactory outcome.

I definitely do not recommend this company. I told the very pushy salesman that I was pretty sure I was still in contract with my electricity supplier until 2025.He said he would confirm. He set up a new contract without confirming and since I was still under contract Black Sheep has sent me an £900 cancellation fee invoice!
The issue has now been resolved with an apology, however the amount of time, stress, and trouble It has taken is very annoying since they are supposed to make things easier for you.

I have been advised that I should sign the contract so I secure the offer at the time but the condition was if the rates goes lower I will be offered accordingly, unfortunately I’m paying double of the current charges

Please dont use this very pushy Company

They have harrassed me for the last 12 months and I have asked on sooo many times to be removed from their system
I am about to report them as I am a fair person and have never experianced such a awful company that are just profit led

Secured us good prices for a number of contracts with various suppliers over the years.

They have always responded efficiently and professionally to any queries or concerns.

Very helpful to have a broker deal with the larger utility suppliers when there are errors on bills and the like. Save us so much time.
