One of those things that I can not imagine my life without! Black is one and only supplement that I use additionally to my normal meals. I lost my reflux totally! My bowel movements are like Swiss watches... :-) Regular and firm! :-) It means food stays right time in the gut and my body manages to get good things in and bad things out.

Gives energy, detoxifyes your body and makes your colon smile. Great stuff!

I am man in mid-40s, have interest in the health and food supplements, I am not a doctor. My health issues is only starting to arise, some of the major are loss of energy, poor food digestion, overweight, difficulty to maintain healthy psichological state. Before ordering Black Stuff, I already did research about fulcic/humic acids, read some books. I knew already, this is something I must get.

I have ordered BlackStuff in November 2023, and received within the week. I have started taking BS, and instantly started to feel positive effects. Here I will try to outline them by significance that I have felt and remember:

*Increase in energy-during the day my energy level is much more sustainable
*Mind/mental-psichological state huge improvement, concentration is much better, started socialize more active
*Food digestion is better, reduced bloating, acid reflux became less rare, stronger appetite, can enjoy variety of foods, slightly reduced body weight
*Stress level is reduced, feeling more calm, can go through stressful enviroment more confidently
*Quality of sleep has improved too, at night I sleep better, my sleep is more deep, and wake up less often at night

Definitively recommend BS, already have ordered more for family members, close friends. And price is not important here, because it is number one ingredient for healthy body itself. It is nano-technology of life form. There is much more I have to say. In my opinion combining Black Stuff with dual extracted functional-medicinal funghis/mushrooms can cure any illness. My first experience with Black Stuff was in exhibition Riga Food, I try it and it became my healthy addition. Right now, I'm, using Black Stuff for 3 years and have never feel better. It helped me to improve my immune system before using Black stuff I become ill almost every month, but now I don't even know what's serious illness. It also helps me daily with gluten sensitivity allergy. I can allow for myself some cheat days when I’m traveling so, I can try different local foods without feeling sick and bloated. I am using BS already for second year and I am so happy to share the excellent results. I work as a psychotherapist, so my work is very challenging emotionally and intellectually. It was usual that I came home very drained and exhausted. I had no major problems with digestion though, but since I use BS, my working abilities has grown notably. I have more energy, better mood, better sleep. Also the sense of inflammation in my body (mild joint pains) has gone. Also I can faster and healthier overcome any emotional turmoils and flips.
My physical body feels stronger and I can better endure physical activities, my regular dance trainings.

I have been using Black Stuff for almost 2 years on and off and it has helped me eliminate digestive and bowel problems. I have Crohn's disease and Black Stuff makes it better to tolerate - there are not such fluctuations. Maybe it helps my immunity too.

Black stuff completely changed my game in the supplement word. Next to omega 3 it is my basic and must supplement I carry everywhere I go. I can feel, mainly in my gut, if I take it regularly and if I dont. My gut is more optimized with Black stuff. I can see it on my skin as well.
