Hello Patrick! We're very sorry (and also surprised) to hear you've had such a bad experience with the Original Black Peel Off Mask. I would be happy to look into what could have happened, so I hope you don't mind me asking you two questions:

1) Did you shake the product before use? If it has been standing still for an extended period, then the exfoliating film can extract itself from the rest of the formula. This will in general cause the product to not behave as expected.
2) Can you please share with me the batch number? This is visible on the top-back of the product, just above the "UK" description. If you could share this, I'll be able to check with our production lab and see if there have been any issues with this batch.

I hope you'll take the time, so we can find a solution to your experience together.

If you like, please contact us at jorgobe@jorgobe.com so we can try and see what went wrong and how we perhaps can help you to use the product most effectively.
All skin types are different and responds differently to skin care products. Therefore, we might be able to give you some tips or do's and dont's for how you can apply and use the product in the best way.

We are sorry to hear that you don't feel the products have made any remarkable difference or improvement to your skin. We are however happy to receive your honest feedback and we thank you for sharing your experience with all three products.

We would very much like to try and help/guide you how to use the products for the best possible result and see if there is something you can do differently when using the products. I therefore invite you to contact us at jorgobe@jorgobe.com with a description of how you have used and applied the products.

In conclusion, when you start using the Peel Off Mask it cleanses your pores in depth, which means the outer clogging will be removed with the mask itself. Because of this, your pores can become more visible in the beginning of the treatment, and you can perhaps experience some impurities. This will ease off as your skin is undergoing a cleansing process.
It is, however, important to bear in mind that some blackheads and impurities are deeper rooted in the skin than others, and they will therefore take longer time to get out.

I hope it makes sense and as mentioned we would very much like to hear from you, to see if we can somehow help you to achieve the results you were hoping for.
