No support at all.. no response. Wrote them wih some questions abd was about to order. No amswer. Did order anyway about 14 days ago. NOTHING from them. Just my money gone, wrote them again about the order, NO answer, and NO products.
Would never recommend anyone buying from these people.
As it stands now, my 250 dollars are gone.

Support never responds. No news about the order for weeks. Beware, this site is a scam.

Leí algunas reseñas una vez ya había hecho mi pedido, y me asusté. Pero no puedo hacer más que recomendar esta pagina. Me compré unos FR UFR 80 Intuition por 180€ con envío (Una ganga para ser la versión intuition) y en una semana llegó en perfecto estado y me resovieron mis dudas a los pocos días via mail y al momento por teléfono. 10/10

Not responding on mails but after a call everything is cleared. They like to do it in a correct way but they are understaffed

Bought stuff twice. First time I wasn't sure whether the payment was accepted. Second time, I had an issue with order delivery (that was on UPS). Both times I called the customer service, they answered immediately and they were very helpful.

My orders came quickly and they were in perfect shape. Would definitely buy again.

Retraso en el envío, y cobro excesivo e injustificado de impuestos arancelarios debido a que declaran valor de productos por encima de lo estipulado.
Además, no responden la mayoría de los correos, y si lo hacen, es sólo para dar absurdas excusas y pretextos, y no soluciones.

To be honest I was a little hesistant to ordering from Bladeville because of the earlier reviews I read here. But they had a great discount, so I took the chance and ordered a pair of skates. They arrived within a week, no damages so no problems there. Unfortunately, the skates didn't fit and I had to return them. The returning process also went without problems (bit expensive to return, but I knew this beforehand). The only thing I feel could be improved is the refunding time, it took some weeks. But when I sent them a reminding email, they reacted quickly and solved this without further issues. So all in all I had a good experience and I would order again here.

Bought expensive skates and there was something wrong with the pad, they wasnt willing to fix their fck up, rather skip this place.

Long waiting for shipping probably they ordering from producer or other shop so they don’t have items. Prices different in euro than polish zloty - check before order.

Great product and arrived in 3 days absolutely amazing.

They took about 2-3 weeks to answer when I wrote that the ratchet straps on the inlines pair I bought from them got worn out to the point of me not being able to use them anymore after just a few rides,
I tell them that I have another pair with the same boot model(maxxum, only difference is wheel size and newer model for the new ones, "XT") and shoe size that have not worn out like this even after years of usage so it is obviously a manufacturing defect on the new pair I bought from them.
They answer that it sounds like "regular tear" to them, even though I said I used them about 2 times.

Now after sending pictures that they required they have not responded for well over 2 weeks, I suspect I will never get an answer.

Only buy from these guys if you are fine with getting absolutely no customer support whatsoever and no means of getting replacements/refunds for any defects on the products you bought, I mean like them not even bothering to answer your emails at all.

Ik bestelde half juli een mooi set inline skates. Deze werden keurig op tijd geleverd. Dezelfde dag trok ik ze aan om ze te testen, maar na 5 minuten op de weg merkte ik dat deze niets voor mij waren. Dus de volgende werkdag stuur ik ze terug op (met een zelfbetaald retourticket van 25 euro). 2 weken later had ik nog niets teruggekregen van geld (enkel een melding dat de retour was aangekomen). Na het zelf sturen van een mail krijg ik de melding dat de wielen gebruikssporen vertonen en er dus maar 70% van het aankoopbedrag wordt terugbetaald. NERGENS IS ER VERMELD OP HUN WEBSITE DAT DIT KAN GEBEUREN, OF DAT HET TESTEN VAN DE SKATES NIET IS TOEGESTAAN! DIT IS PUUR MACHTSVERTOON, WANT IK KREEG DOODLEUK DE MELDING DAT ZE DE SKATES ZULLEN TERUGSTUREN ALS IK NIET AKKOORD GING MET HUN EISEN (dus 25 euro ook in de vuilbak). DIT IS PURE CHANTAGE!

I ordered the Usd Aeon Team 60 in size 41-42. The skates got here in two weeks. Awesome quality and no damage during shipment. Great experience with this online store.

I was a little hesitant to purchase as there have been posts of issues with shipping, but they were great and so fast to australia would use again no worries.

BUYER BEWARE: Check my Bladeville instagram stories "Bladeville" for a detailed account of my experiences (@kitten_wheels). I documented the entire debacle (still ongoing) in great detail there.

In short; I was sold a defective skate from Bladeville. Paid $350 CAD (including shipping). Luckily for me I check my skates VERY thoroughly before riding them, so they were legit brand new and I had to return them right away. It took 2 months to finally get them to send me the shipping label for the return. Got my return after like 3 months, still haven't gotten the refund for the import fees that I paid (I have proof in my stories of them stating they would refund all of it because it was a mistake on their part).

Well, almost 4 months later (I gave up on ever getting my import fees back), with no contact with them since and I woke up to a fraudulent charge of $319.96 this morning from HEDONSKATE....AKA Bladeville.... This is poorly managed company lacking communication, transparency, honesty, and responsiveness.
I have held off on submitting a public review in hope they would remedy the situation, but this last fraudulent charge is just absolutely unacceptable and people need to know about it.

I ordered a set of Chaya skate plates that feature quick release axels for the wheels. What I got were standard axels. I contacted Bladesville and they promptly corrected the problem.

Customer service is slow. Email support takes days to reply, and calling them, you have to wait in queue for dozens of minutes
