Bester Laden. Gute Preise, schnelle Lieferung und super Support. Habe hier schon mehrfach eingekauft und wurde nie enttäuscht.

1st order went fine, but 2nd order for Seba CJ2 boot site was showing “available immediately”, so assumed they have it on stock, they informed me that it will take almost 2 weeks to get from distributor… then somehow they send me boot week after, but this time boot was delivered without liners… this could be Seba issue or their issue, but honestly all this experience is very frustrating and I would not recommend this shop to anyone… I can understand once there is issue or mistake, but twice it become issue…

UPDATE: they shipped me skate liner directly from supplier and fixed a problem. DHL delivered 2 days after reporting issue

Perfect company to buy ur skates at. They ship the very same day if you order before 12 o'clock. Excellent customer support, very fast in dealing with your issues. Highly recommended to everyone within the EU.

Das Team ist so entgegenkommend, das habe ich so schon lange nicht mehr erlebt.
True Story: Hab im Wintersale bestellt, ohne den Rabattcode anzugeben. Zugegeben, der Preis war ohnehin schon unschlagbar, aber ich hab mich doch ein bisschen über mich selbst geärgert, als ich nach Abschluss der Bestellung den blinkend leuchtenden Wintersale-Banner auf der Website entdeckt habe. Der hätte mich eigentlich beißen müssen, aber der Fokus lag wohl auf den bestellten Skates. Also habe ich nachher noch mal Kontakt mit dem Support aufgenommen und siehe da, der Rabatt wurde rückwirkend gewährt. Damit habe ich echt nicht gerechnet und das ist alles andere, als selbstverständlich!
Jetzt freue ich mich direkt doppelt so sehr über die neuen Skates.
Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen, bester Shop! Wird weiterempfohlen und weiter genutzt!

This place was awesome! I'm from the UK and was really wary of ordering but it was all fine. The customer service was amazing, I had an issue with one of the wheels was stuck on a frame, it was a manufacturing issue, not the stores but they initially reported the issue for me and eventually offered to replace them. By then I had bought specialist tools and managed to remove it but the axle was destroyed. They are currently sending me a replacement pack of axles and also gave me a partial refund for all the hassle. They were really nice and I would definitely use again!

I have been a loyal customer of this company for 4 years. Trust is hard to build but so easy to tear down.
I ordered a pair of Moxi Panther skates that were never delivered, though the tracking says they were. After sending an email, I received a silly response of 'we'll have Heiko look into it'. I have not heard a word from them since and I am sorely disappointed that a good customer relationship has been compromised by their lack of concern. I have exercised my right to a refund within 14 days of Internet purchase in writing so that I have written proof that they have ignored my inquiries. Sloppy. Very sloppy.

Ordered a frame from these guys but unfortunately the wheels needed are pretty hard to come by as I’m ordering from the uk, so I had to cancel my order. Communication was spot on responded to my email very quickly and processed the refund straight away.

I ordered some skates from them, which apparently were the last pair they had in my size. For some reason or another they had a surface level scratch, which did not impact functionality at all.
Before sending out the skates they called me to ask if I was okay with receiving the scratched pair and also gave me a discount on the skates, unasked for.
Great customer service, would recommend!

They were really helpful and fixed the one minor issue I had right away. They even went beyond what was necessary to address the minor issue with my order.

Habe im Oktober einen Rucksack für den Transport meiner Skates bestellt.
Die Ware wurde sehr rasch und wie beschrieben zugesendet. Leider musste ich wegen eines Materialbruchs bei den Verschlüssen reklamieren. Die Reklamation wurde ebenso rasch und spitze zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit von Heiko bearbeitet und positiv erledigt. Von mir gibt es daher zwei Daumen hoch und fünf Sterne.

I order a pair of triskate frames. I'm from Spain and I couldn't find them anywhere else. It just took a week until I could enjoy them. The shipment just costed 9€ covering the distance from Germany to Spain, what sounds really fair to me.

I ordered a pair of skates from the website and they immediately charged my bank card the full amount plus shipping. Then the next day they send an email which I will quote below.

"Thanks for your order on grindhouse.eu

When we were about to proceed with your order, we noticed this is your first
order with us. According to our TOB we would like to receive some kind of
payment verification in this case.

This verification is necessary to be sure you're the real owner of the card
you ordered with. In the past we have lost a lot of money by fake orders
that were placed with stolen credit card informations. With receiving
your verification we know your order is not a fraud and so we will
immediately
proceed with your order.

One way for verification could be to email us some visual identification
and proof that you are the rightful owner of the credit card you ordered
with.
For example a screenshot of your payment confirmation email or sms. Or a
photo
of your credit card. For your privat security you can make the first 8
digits of the
credit card number unrecognizable - then there is absolutely no risk of
data loss."

So, they charged my card and then said they could not proceed with the order unless I provide a picture of my bank card...

I would not recommend using this company to order from.

I was so happy when i found a pair of Fr1 80 Deluxe inlines. I'd been looking for ages. The price looked really good only a little extra for shipping and COD charge. What wasn't made CLEAR was that there was an extra 80.00 Pounds to pay in taxes. I paid the money just because i really wanted the skates but 80.00 is a lot of money and now i've discovered the skates are a little too big....... with such high taxes how will i be able to change size??

Wahnsinns Service!! Ich war längere Zeit super enttäuscht da ich mir neue Skates zulegen und das ganze gerne mit etwas persönlicher Beratung tun wollte um das passende Produkt zu finden, doch im Lockdown wurde der Ladenverkauf des Skateshops geschlossen. Doch durch den super lieben und schnellen Service per Mail habe ich doch das richtige Produkt gefunden! Nach der ersten Ausfahrt wurde mir bewusst das alle Achsen sooo fest angezogen wahren das es mir nicht möglich war die Schrauben zu lösen und noch dazu ist mir direkt ein nagelneues Marken-Skatetool einfach abgebrochen. Das ganze habe ich via Mail erklärt und direkt Hilfe, Support und sogar ein neues Skatetool via Post bekommen. Sowas wünsche ich mir von allen Warenhäusern mit spezifischen Produkten. Durfte sogar die Skates kostenfrei zurück schicken, mir wurden die Achsen gelöst und getauscht. Sowas ist nicht selbstverständlich und alles ohne weitere Kosten.
Macht weiter sooo und führt mal ne digitale Kaffeekasse ein wenn man euch schon net im Laden treffen kann.

Ich habe in den letzten Monaten zwei paar Skates inklusive Zubehör über Grindhouse bezogen. Um den Passenden zu finden musste ich mehrfach Skates, als auch Zubehör ordern und zurücksenden. Das alles lief problemlos. Ein Vorteil ist, dass die Rücksendekosten, als auch die Versandkosten im Zuge eines Umtausches durch Grindhouse übernommen wird. Die Beratungsqualität ist hervorragend.
Die Antwortzeiten per Email sind aktuell etwas länger. Für mich ist das aber nicht entscheidend und ich würde in dringenden Fall zum Telefon greifen.

Ich hatte mir ein Paar Next Skates gekauft und beim zweiten mal fahren ist mir der Schaft gebrochen. Dies habe ich direkt per Email beanstandet.
Der Service Mitarbeiter hat zügig geantwortet und konnte mir nach Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller auch aushelfen. Ich habe dann nur 2 Tage später eine komplett neue Schale inklusive dem Schaft bekommen. Vor so einer zackigen Bearbeitung von einer Reklamation ziehe ich meinen Hut. Wirklich einen tollen Job machen die Leute dort! Man fühlt sich ernst genommen und bekommt schnelle Hilfe. So muss es sein!
