I found Sophie to be very helpful and had no problem at all in rearranging the original appointment. She supplied a very detailed survey report with great photos, some conducted by a drone to capture the roof and chimney condition. In all a good experience and I would definitely recommend.

I recently engaged Gavin at Blaker Collins to carry out a Level 3 survey on a large residential property in Sevenoaks. The survey was carried out very quickly and within a few days I received a very comprehensive report including hundreds of helpful photos. The report was excellent, easy to follow and very clear as to recommend actions. Gavin was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Requested a Level Two Home survey, which they completed with superb attention to detail and use of technology to investigate all areas of the property (drones for roof pictures). High quality photos of each area and detailed explanations of findings and recommendations covering 85 pages.

Sophie completed a very comprehensive and professional survey for us. All interactions with Blaker Collins were positive and helpful, the support team were very responsive and we were able to chat to Sophie about the survey results afterwards which was particularly helpful. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend using Blaker Collins. They were very quick in responding and booked us promptly in for a survey. The survey itself was incredibly detailed but also clear in that we could understand any issues. Gavin also spoke through the report to us and highlighted all key parts. He also was very honest in that we did not require a level 3 survey that we paid for, and only needed a level 2 and then refunded the difference. We would definitely use Gavin and the team again. We had a Level 2 Home Buyers survey completed by Blaker Collins. The survey was detailed throughout the entire property. The surveyor also was flexible for wait for us at the property after completing the survey to discuss the key areas we had concerns on at the property together. And was also able to give us some further advice we requested following the survey report being issued. We would thoroughly recommend Blaker Collins to others

Sophie carried out a Level 3 survey for us on a bungalow with several extensions and outbuildings. All the team were friendly and helpful. Sophie is very professional and thorough, providing a very detailed report with many photos, costs for works needed and very clear explanations. Sophie was available to talk through the survey straight away and again in more detail once we had read the report. She is very patient and approachable. We would definitely use this company again.
