Really happy with the service provided by Mark and Stacy - a really smooth process working with them to achieve a party wall agreement in a complicated set up with multiple neighbours, and they helped negotiate a more reasonable rate from the neighbours' appointed surveyor. I recently sought advice from a party wall surveyor and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and clarity provided. They took the time to explain the implications of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring I felt fully informed about my position.

What stood out most was their honesty and practical approach. Rather than overcomplicating the situation, they gave straightforward, unbiased guidance based on the facts, which gave me real confidence in how to proceed. They were also responsive, approachable, and willing to answer all of my questions without hesitation.

I contacted several companies online and a very helpful young lady from Cubit phoned me back almost immediately. Even though I gave no indication that I would actually go with them, she volunteered a lot of useful information about the process itself, and how to select a safe and appropriate company. Needless to say, once she had finished I was sold on Cubit. They made the process itself very easy, communication was excellent and their scale of charges were clear and well laid out. In the event, because there were no complications I only paid a basic fee of £75. I was very pleased with the whole thing and would recommend Cubit without any reservations!

We cannot thank Mark and Stacy enough for their help in resolving our party wall issue. As first time buyers and first time renovators, we knew very little about the process (or even what a party wall was, for that matter) and had already experienced a difficult situation with our neighbours.

From the very first call and throughout the process, they were calm, informative, and incredibly patient with us. It was an extremely stressful time, made even more challenging by delays that were completely outside of our control. Throughout it all, Mark and Stacy not only provided the professional service we needed but also offered genuine reassurance and support along the way.

My neighbours contacted Cubit when they were worried about the party wall notice we served them. Rather than contesting it, Mark helped them understand they could agree to it without it changing their rights. We then used Cubit to complete a schedule of conditions and had no problems during the process.

Cubit did a terrific job and made what is pita issue go away. They gave good advise and patiently explained & documented what the process when I was very confused. They then liased with all the other stakeholders and made it easy for them too. top marks.

The entire team at CubitPWS is really outstanding. Very knowledgeable , capable and very quick response times on all queries. Mine was a particularly complex issue but they were undaunted, completing a pre-analysis and spelling it out in layman’s terms. At completion, they were most kind and continued to answer my questions about and guide me on construction issues beyond the scope of their work. Super people and super responsive.
