After dropping out some pieces at the store o realised something had changed. I approached Blanc and had Hanna dealing with me.
Without any hesitation she went an extra mile to help me.
I really appreciate the customer support and final resolution.
I do like Blanc. Best chemical free dry cleaners.

The customer services and store staff could make a better effort
It is a pity I was told conflicting and inaccurate information by customer services esp as regards the eco credentials of the dry cleaning process.
Similarly the same people were not interested to deal with my enquiries (and hang up twice without calling back).
The owner did respond to put matters right and clarify and it is appreciated. He deserves the appreciation as he is dedicated to ensure his business does well ! In the end my jacket was cleaned and I received it in very good order.
Still I believe a summer/safari jacket cannot be classified as a coat frankly but then that’s a matter for the store staff.
I wish the owner well in his business and yes will try the service again.
Had it been a seamless transparent and customer friendly and responsive process I would have scored it 4 stars.

Blanc's dry cleaning left holes in a vintage dress. They admitted fault and agreed to remedy. We visited the Nptting Hill store a couple of times to follow up. Then they gave the dress away to charity as they claimed we never contacted them! They did offer us a mere £50 voucher (to be used at Blanc, of course). Shambolic.

I would give ZERO STARS. THEY RUINED MY DRESS AND GAVE IT AWAY to avoid dealing with their mistake.
Please AVOID this horrible dry cleaners. They ruined my vintage Escada dress, it came out with multiple holes, they promised to fix it, but instead after months of silence gave it away to charity to avoid having to deal with it. Finally after a year and a half of me chasing, their manager Peter ‘generously’ offered £50 credit, while twisting the situation to make it my fault. Very disappointing, unprofessional and frankly appalling customer service. Would never recommend to anyone.

I only started using Blanc Notting Hill after my long term neighbourhood dry cleaner closed down and they were now the nearest dry cleaner to my house.
I had them replace a zip on a pair of jeans (that I've had for years and have multiple pairs of), and the minute I put them on the new zip broke open. I took them back, they replaced it again with the same cheap zip, and the exact same thing happened as soon as I put them on. When I then asked for a refund of the £45 I paid, I was refused by the manager because "they don't normally have this issue". Their suggestion was that I should go and purchase a zip at my own expense and bring it to them, on top of what I had already paid for their terrible work.
They also permanently iron on barcodes to your clothes (because apparently the safety pins EVERY other dry cleaner use aren't good enough?) that you then can't remove.
Not only are they over priced and don't provide any kind of personable service, they clearly don't actually care about their customers experience.
They're literally just a fancy website with no substance. I won't be using them again and will be telling my friends to do the same, and will find a more local friendly neighbourhood dry cleaner to support instead.

I use BLANC next to Portobello road in Notting Hill and I can't recommend them enough. Phoebe and Millie at the store are the best! Always welcoming, friendly and provide a great efficient service. Love the concept, eco-friendly dry cleaners and the clean fresh layout of the store. My clothes have never looked better.

Joseph did an amazing job adjusting my wedding dress! The body needed shortening and taking in with the length adjusted too. All was done to perfection including adjusting the boning and dealing with a mesh back.

Do not use this dry cleaner. They are terrible and have awful customer service. If you notice the positive reviews are all about Joseph who is an excellent tailor and is unfortunately affiliated with this terrible company. He deserves so much better and so do your clothes.

Joseph is talented and professional - he made adjustments to my wedding dress incredibly quickly and was great to go through the dress process with. He’s got wonderful energy and a creative eye. Would highly recommend him.

I had an expensive coat that I needed mending and cleaning. I was very nervous about leaving it but was assured by the lovely Sales Assistant it would be ok.
I collected it last week, and my coat is as good as new. Thank you to Hope who really gave amazing advice and exceptional customer service. I will see you all again.

Their staff is friendly and I appreciate their eco friendly approach and that they are now open on Sundays when most people would be free to look after their laundry but I’ve found they sometimes disappoint when it comes to quality of work for the prices they charge. suits will come back without trousers creased or with hems damaged and instead of owning up to the error they will «  need to check CCTV » to see if it was indeed their fault or not. When it comes to delicates like wool/cashmere sweaters for ex. where you could do it yourself but would rather count on their expertise to get it right, they have come back noticeably shrunk which if I had taken the time even I as an amateur could have avoided and saved myself the £10.
No place is perfect and sometimes everything is fine but given the premium branding and their higher rates, there are better and cheaper alternatives in the area where you can support a local business instead.

Had a very lovely chat with Niki over the phone, he was polite and informative and was happy to answer all of my queries about the services that Blanc provides!
