Messed up wool pants
They messed up my wool pants with impossible to clear crease. I complained about it and they only offered half of what I paid for those pants as credits. I told them I didn’t need the credits and only wanted my pants to be not creased. They took them back but the pants came back even more creased. They had to take it back a second time. But it has been a week and there has been no updates at all. I will NOT be using them again

Useless service
Yet again you see the driver almost coming up to your gate on the map and then drive past. Then drive around again to finally to have failed delivery come up on the app. Total failure and now have to inconvenienced to wait another 24 hours for a delivery that should have taken place easily. Why didn't they try and make contact?

DO NOT USE!!
Laundryheap collected my clothes from my home and promised next-day delivery. Since then the delivery has been rescheduled twice, despite me explaining how urgently I need my belongings. I am still waiting with no clear update on when my clothes will actually be returned.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of accountability. I am only receiving messages from customer service with vague responses while my personal items are still missing. Being left without essential clothing while caring for a baby is extremely stressful, and the company does not seem to understand the impact this has.
A service that collects people’s personal belongings should have reliable logistics and clear communication. At the moment I have no idea where my clothes are or when I will get them back. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has left me feeling completely let down by the service.

Laundryheap deliver a very good service and it's easy to choose what service you want from the app, it lets you know when pick up will be and when your delivery arrives. I get a mixed wash service, this arrives perfectly washed, dried and folded in protective wrapping. You get a laundryheap bag to use for delivery and put your next wash order stuff in. It's a neat operation, can't complain about anything.
