House purchase

Used them for a house purchase, really really good. I’m certain we weren’t the biggest deal they had on the table, quite the opposite I expect but Karen Pratt dealt with us like we were all she had to do. Diligent, professional and kind. Its like having a “friend in the business..” Simply couldn’t be happier.

ust sold and bought a house across two…

ust sold and bought a house across two Counties.
Our Converyancer Karen Pratt was absolutely excellent throughout the whole experience which was not straight forward.
She managed the whole process and advised us very clearly step by step, responding quickly and efficiently. She also has a really great customer focus and by the close of business, we saw her as a trusted advocate and friend. We went on to recommend her to friends who were also moving. Cannot rate her highly enough given our experience.
