Had amazing customer service when we hired a hot tub for a few days before Christmas. We had an issue on the first day of the hire but this was sorted by Lizzie so quickly and she went above and beyond. Would hire again from her! Thanks so much for such great value.

I hired some teepees for my daughter's tenth birthday this weekend, and I definitely won dad points! Lizzie was conscientious and took time to create a cosy space for a lovely wintery party. The girls loved it and I am sure this will become an annual tradition, thank you so much!

We asked Lizzie of Blank Canvas to do a rainbow tipi for my daughter’s 10th birthday in June and it was absolutely incredible.
It was last minute, Lizzie had to travel miles, and she was so helpful, gracious and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Most importantly, the tipi was jaw droppingly amazing! I couldn’t have dreamed it would be so good.

The girls had an amazing wild camp sleepover in the forest.

This is the second time I have used Blank canvas have provided a fantastic service. Again Lizzie arrived on time. She provided an amazing set up for a family party and meal. Her attention to detail is fabulous. I would recommend Lizzie to anyone. Lizzie can’t do enough for you and is focussed on ensuring you have the most wonderful time.

One word to describe blankcanvas…Amazing!
Lizzie is extremely talented at what she does…I was a little vague with the interior decorations I’d wanted for my daughter 16th birthday bell tent, and was a little nervous what we’d get. But it was spot on…girly and grownup at the same time.
Flawless set up, Lizzie is just great at what she does. The bell tent looked amazing! The girls all loved every minute of it, my daughter especially. And as a family we all slept in it the following night. My other children are now asking for it for their birthdays!
The little add on extras are a great touch too…we had the cinema experience too. And whilst the weather didn’t play ball for our weekend, it really didn’t matter.

Incredible Service. I used Black Canvas Tent Hire for a proposal. Lizzie was amazing at arranging everything with me, keeping me up to date on the run-up to the event and being flexible with requests. The result of the tent was amazing, beautifully designed, sturdy and worth every penny!

Blank Canvas created the most incredible glamping site for us this summer at our parents/grandparents house in Devon. When I proposed the idea, Lizzie went out of her way to make it happen and so we were lucky enough to create the perfect venue for our friends and family to visit all through the summer. We had three bell tents, two large enough for a family of four and one larger as the chill out tent to shelter from the rain, play games in and watch movies. The whole thing had seating, fairy lights and rugs and was so magical. The sleeping tents were super comfy with real double beds and bedding and meant that several weeks of camping was as comfortable as if we were in a holiday cottage.

We have made so many brilliant family memories and it also meant that grandparents could have visitors without having to host in the house or worry about covid. Thank you for being so accommodating, friendly and helpful Lizzie, we loved he experience and hope we can recreate it another year. Such a wonderful company, we would highly recommend them.

Multiple date changes, mutliple add ons, nothing was ever a problem. We had blank canvas for our wedding in Dorset, it rained all day and the guests said they were better than a hotel, warm and dry.. Lizzie was the nicest person Iv ever dealt with in business and I’d recommend blank canvas to anybody.

My daughter had the indoor teepees and cinema screen for her birthday sleepover, it looked fantastic, everything was set up for me, I didnt have to lift a finger. The service was very professional, polite and quick. So happy with everything.

We wanted to organise a last minute holiday to Cornwall in July but the only accommodation available was a camp site - well two campsites spread over the week. Fortunately I found Lizzie who made it all work! We arrived to find the tent ready and looking so inviting, mid week she and James then arranged for it to be moved - just as we asked! Communication was great, beds and bedding very good quality, loved all the little touches including the fairy lights and candles. Would definitely recommend!

Hired a bell tent as a surprise for my daughters hen do. Lizzie was great to communicate with to plan what we wanted and set up while we were out to add to the surprise. It was fantastic and looked amazing. Would highly recommend x

I cannot recommend this company enough! They were great from first enquiry to the day of hiring. We used Lizzy and James’ bell tent for a mad hatters tea party for my sisters hen do. The set up was beautiful and we had such a lovely afternoon. I’ll definitely be hiring them again in the future and I’ve been telling my friends all about them.
