I ordered youth and adult sized white t-shirts to make the field trip uniform for my summer enrichment program. They were true to size, and they also tie-dyed beautifully! What was truly amazing, though, was that arrived less than 48 hours later. I was completely shocked in the best possible way. I'll be ordering shirts from this site going forward.

I ordered 3 hoodies from here. Shipping was fast but once I opened the small bag I had gotten I realized I didn't receive 2 of the hoodies. I only received one. The packing slip stated 2 green and 1 gray hoodie but I only received 1 green hoodie. The packing slip also included another company that had ordered tshirts and long sleeve shirts.
I immediately called to report the missing items and the representative I spoke with said they would send replacements out and I would receive them in 5-7 business days.
I received a email a few days later stating I needed to send picture of the packaging, packing slip, and item. I had already thrown out the packaging and I used the hoodie to complete a order for a customer.
I explained this to them and they replied saying the packing slip shows all items were delivered on 9/29 in one package and left by my front door.
So now I am simply trying to get the replacements or my money back. 52.00 for 1 hoodie makes me incredibly angry considering I am trying to run a small business...

I've used this company for years and never had a problem with a package being delivered or a delivery delay. this time was little different for me i had a package that took sometime to show up as soon as i put in a request i got a call back in no time Gabe and his partner Robert did some investigation got me to find my package and also called me almost every day with an update on where my package should be until it hit my front door step. I don't know many of companies or people that would do that if there was more stars to give other then5 they definitely deserve them thank you so much guys.

The whole team at blankstyle was great! Its hard to choose who to go with when there is so many online guys out here, but i am glad we went with blankstyle. The pricing and quality is top notch. Wanted to send a shot out to Taylor he was very professional and patient. I ordered over 100 hats and i love the process very smooth and stress free, they send updates and proof before they ship. Gabe went above and beyond to get me a shirt that went missing from my original order to me within a very tight 2 day deadline. An example of incredible customer service, I want Gabe to handle my customer service inquiries everywhere I call.

We came to Blankstyle in a real bind....max pain with a very short turnaround to get merch shipped to the print shop so we could pick up in time for our conference. She jumped through so many hoops and went above and beyond my wildest expectations to get the order shipped out quick enough to get to the print shop. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I ordered a large quantity of Richardson 112 caps, and at a great price! The response time from the staff on updates for my order was so efficient, it made me feel at easy about being able to get my customers orders completed on time. Here I am thinking that I was going to call and meet somebody who didnt understand my situation and would not be able to help but I met Janet who was extremely nice and understanding. At first I was iffy. Then I realized I made a wrong size order type. All the shirts came in correct sizes and fast. I will order from this company again.
