Very fast and accurate shipping and customer service response time. Received my order the day AFTER I place it! Thanks to Stephan for assistance with my ordering question as well.

First purchase. Got 10 t-shirts of various brands/colors. Got confirmation of purchase right away. A day later got an automated message that 1 of the items not available, so was provided a voucher instead. Reached out to support to say didn't want a voucher - rather a different color or a refund. Heard back within 24hrs from Stephan with a very polite message saying order already at different stage - so couldn't get a different color, confirming refund will be issued. Satisfied with shopping, irdering & customer experience so far. Can't wait to see the quality of the t-shirts.

Great service

I bought a small size Bella + Canvas sweatshirt when I attended a minor league basketball game recently. I am small so finding clothes that fit can be a problem. When I say fit I mean that the seams at the shoulder stop at the shoulders, the sleeves end at the wrist and the bottom hem of the shirt ends an inch or two past the belt buckle. In essence, I don't like sloppy and I know the difference.

Anyhow, I really liked the quality of the sweatshirt and the way it fit, so I searched for it online and found it on Wordan's website. They had a fair price, so I ordered 6 of the exact sweatshirt I owned in the exact size, though different colors. Conveniently, and novel to me, I was able to pay with my Amazon account. (Thats where the any similarity to Amazon end).

I was impressed when the sweatshirts arrived the very next day, but was sadly disappointed when I tried them on. There was no part of these sweatshirts that was sewn right. Unlike what I own, the shoulder seams went down my arm a few inches, the sleeves were at least 3 inches too long, the bottom of the sweatshirt went well past my waist and, worst of all the hoodie part was enormous, it looked more like a cape than a hoodie. These sweatshirts were everything I despise in clothing, sloppy and ill fitting. I checked the tags and though they said small and Bella + Canvas, they clearly were nothing like the one I owned. I began to suspect if they were even Bella + Canvas thats how bad they were.

Obviously I wanted to return them, but this is not a normal process like most companies. With Wordan's you have to get approval. This took a few days, and they sent a label and buried in the small print is the fact that they charge a 20% restock fee and return shipping. On my $145 purchase this amounted to $36. Additionally, and worst of all, they received the sweatshirts back in a few days but they took a full month to refund!

Stay away far far away from Wordans USA! If after reading this you choose to do business with this entity, know that you were warned.

Ross was amazing! Even when other employees weren’t helpful, Ross picked up the slack and made sure to follow up. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve given 2 stars.

I absolutely love this company. I've always received my items quickly and on time. I appreciate getting updated when my package has been prepared and shipped. I rarely have any issues with my packages, on my last package i was missing an item but with the help of Jade i was able to receive my missing item only 2 days after making my request. I appreciate Jade's quick response to the situation. It made it very painless. Jade is very professional and easy to work with. Jade adds another reason to why I love this company, I appreciate the quality and great communication this company provides. Very easy to work with. Thank you!

The woman that helped me was great. She got back to me right away after I contacted them to do a return. I thought they were going to give me a coupon but instead they refunded my credit card.

Ross helped me get an issue resolved very quickly. I am also happy with the quality of the tie dye products.

I had a slight problem with a large order. I received 1 too mant of a certain size and 1 less of another. I emailed my concern, received a response, to which I had to send pictures of packing slip with tags of incorrect items. I was surprised when I got a response in about 15 minutes telling me I would receive my replacement shirt shortly and I could just keep the extra shirt. It showed up within 2 days of his notification to me. I praise the customer service and will definstely do business with them again. I believe my associates name was Christian. He was fantastic and should be used ss a model for customer service in your company.

There was a mistake in fulfilling my order and some of the products I received were the wrong sizes. Ross took an immediate action to correct the problem by shipping the right sizes promptly. It was greatly appreciated.

I placed an order with them --- never shipped after weeks of waiting. I contacted them and they said they'd look into it, they never responded to me. I followed up with them again and they had no record of our first conversation. After about 6 weeks they said they would have to cancel the order and I would need to order again. Stupidly, I ordered again. They shipped most of my items and I received the package -- some of the shirts were damaged, and one shirt was just missing entirely. I contacted them about it and they said they would look into it and follow up with me to correct the issue. They never did. I finally followed up with them now and they said too much time has passed and there is nothing more they can do and offered no solution. I just replied to remind them that they never shipped my complete order, they said they would correct the damaged shirts, and I expected a fair solution. I also just initiated a charge back with my CC company because they have been absolutely terrible to deal with on multiple occasions now. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, even if the prices are more. In the end I have spent much more time and more money than expected to not even ever receive what I ordered. They suck.

I had trouble getting my order shipped and I asked for help from customer service for over 2 weeks and I was ready to give up. Finally, I got Ross from customer service, and he got to the bottom of it, and it shipped that day. Thank you, Ross and now I will still order more from your company.

Received all but 3 items. No reply to email and no telephone pickup. They took the money for the items but failed to deliver. Boo-hiss. Shame really, the other items were timely delivered.

What can you say about Wordans Europe who has been taking money from customers but hasn't delivered and that's fraud. Haven't you reading feedback's from your Europe branch. Their negative feedback can affect yours
