Excellent service from beginning to end. From our initial meeting, consultation and time in the showroom to fitting and completion, the company was excellent. As always, there were hiccups throughout (some our fault), but they dealt with them all gracefully and professionally. Will definitely use again

Tremendous service from start to finish. Managed my expectations through the process and delivered everything I requested and discussed in the first appointment.
Nothing was to much and the installation team were great.
Would certainly recommend and would 100% use them again.

As a property owner I got blaydon bathrooms to come and fit me bathroom shower wet room etc.i could not have been more pleased with the service I received.spoke to kevin regards my bathroom so polite, stuff like this can be stressful but I felt so at ease with the whole process,I cannot thank blaydon bathrooms enough professional job from start to finish many thanks,

Brilliant from start to finish, from the showrooms to actually fitting my bathroom, couldn’t fault them, would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting a new bathroom!! X

Initial impressions on design were positive with Jack in showroom. My advice is to be wary of who you get to do the installation and do some investigation into who is doing the actual work in your home as our experience was not a pleasant one. They are carrying out so much work that it was quantity over quality with our fitters TCS. Floors weren't levelled, walls weren't levelled, holes left unfilled in walls and new tiles where radiator was moved to a new position. Dust everywhere as they kept opening bedroom doors (for more space - take it outside). The sub-contracted tilers were a disgrace, couldn't get the job done fast enough as they were heading to Benidorm the next day and boy did it show. Wrong tiles on recessed shelves, and the tiles that were on sloped so much that we couldn't stand anything on them without it falling off, couldn't tile one wall as it ran out too far after being plastered, sharp cut tile edges not sitting inside the trim so anyone could cut their hands on them. Don't think they had one spirit level between them, fitters nor tilers. The only plus side of this entire bathroom experience was when Tom Hudspeth the Installation Manager came in to review the work, he took on board all we pointed out - not that it could be hidden, he himself replaced the tiles that needed it and there were a few. Tom's work I could not fault and if I could give him 5 stars I would but I cannot recommend the company or the fitting team. This was a very small but expensive bathroom refit, partly being carried out for health reasons, it took two and a half weeks and they just didn't have the customer care to do a good job. Tilers were speed over substance, fitting team have forgotten what doing a good job is and how to communicate, if we hadn't complained direct to Blaydon the fitters would have been accepting of the really rubbish job the tilers had done as they said not one word when they viewed it. This company now have a very regretful customer for opting for them who would recommend anyone but!

Everything was first class. they planed the bathroom exactly as we wanted. They made sure we were happy at every stage and the attention to detail was perfect. We are delighted with our new bathroom which will be perfect for the rest of our lives. A big thank you to everyone.

Very happy with my new bathroom. From the design to the fitting, everything was spot on. All the work was carried out whilst I was at work. Workers handled the house key fine and it was great seeing the progress each day.

Excellent service from start to finish.nina was so helpful with our design and keeping us updated along the way. The lads arrived first thing on Monday and all done by Friday. Rubbish removed and it’s as if they hadn’t even been here apart from my gorgeous new bathroom.kev and bryan brilliant and worked their socks off, The lads from twin tiling were also amazing very neat and attention to detail. Electrical was also fab and the whole process was seamless. All of the guys were love,y and respectful in our home. Absolutely couldn’t fault the process at all. So glad we chose blaydon bathrooms. I was looking all over for a company which could transform my snug bathroom and tiny en-suite into one substantial bathroom. Most places I went to would not even quote me or come up with designs unless I paid an initial fee, whereas Blaydon Bathrooms did not charge me a penny until the work begun. I had people out straight away to take photos and measurements and within a week or so I had free bathroom designs based on what I wanted. An appointment later and the vision became a reality. Nina was fantastic, covering every detail regarding products, installation and service and a month later the work began. I was told 10 working days by Kev, and they completed it in 9. Hard work everyday of installation and a full working and luxurious bathroom at the end. For anyone considering a new bathroom, I’d highly recommend Blaydon, no pressure throughout and the perfect result at the end.

Highly recommended Blaydon bathrooms. From design to fitting everything ran seamlessly, jack kept in contact making sure everything was progressing smoothly while Tom and jay did a super job fitting the bathroom. Respectfully looked after property and left the place tidy after each days work. 5***

First of all, we’d like to thank Nina, who supported and guided us from the initial designs and all the way through to the end. She is extremely professional. The materials used are top quality and attention to detail was second to none.

Also, I can’t express how impressed we were with Hamid (the fitter). His workmanship was top class - everything was completed with skill and he worked non stop the entire time he was here. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to create an exceptionally beautiful bathroom for us.

We will not hesitate to recommend Blaydon Bathrooms to all our friends. Thank you x

We had a fantastic experience with Blaydon Bathrooms from start to finish. The showroom is excellent, with a wide range of products displayed in realistic settings, which really helped us visualise our new bathroom and make informed design choices. Jodie was brilliant throughout—she presented the proposals clearly, guided us through every step, and kept in touch to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The installation team, led by David, were equally impressive: professional, friendly, and hardworking. They kept everything tidy and were always willing to go the extra mile—nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The initial design and showroom visit were super clear. We are delighted with our bathroom. The fitters were amazing. They have done a beautiful job and also took great care of the rest of the house throughout the job (when they had to move furniture etc). Would highly recommend!

This is the second time that I have used Blaydon Bathrooms and as on the first occasion, they have been absolutely fantastic. Their knowledge, professionalism and customer service is second to none. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After contacting a few bathroom companies we decided to go with Blaydon Bathrooms as they were the most professional and worked harder for our business than the other companies by a long way. Jack was a pleasure to deal with throughout and made the whole process so easy and efficient, he also came up with a lovely design which we only modified ever so slightly. Paul, Mark and Kai were also faultless throughout, always professional and very clean and tidy and have done an amazing job of completing Jack’s design to a very high standard. We really can’t recommend Blaydon Bathrooms enough, we are extremely happy with our bathroom and the level of customer service we have experienced during the whole process.

We recently had our bathroom installed by Blaydon Bathrooms and we were looked after by Jack.
While we had a very clear vision Jack was excellent throughout the design stage, offering helpful guidance and when we struggled with tile choices he did everything to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Although we experienced quite a few issues during the installation, Jack was always available, responsive, and proactive in getting everything resolved quickly and efficiently, in fact he went above and beyond to resolve the matters. I think when things can go wrong this is the sign of a good company when they put them right as quickly as possible with minimal disruption.

Overall, Jacks support and commitment to putting things right made a real difference.

Once the issues were resolved the bathroom was finished to a very high standard and we’re very happy overall with the work carried out.

Connor & Sean who installed the bathroom are really nice lads and made a lot of effort to keep in touch and aware of plans throughout the installation.

We had looked at a lot of bathroom companies and Blaydon bathrooms stood out from all other companies. From the initial consultation in our home to collect our preferences to turning that into a bespoke bathroom design by Sean. Jack was our sales manager leading us through the specifics and keeping us right with the options and pricing. Connor was our installation lead and worked with Barry and the electrician team who were professional, friendly and informative throughout. Our property was kept really tidy and I found everyone involved to be courteous and considerate. The bathroom looks amazing, a really classy finish and at a competitive price. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you guys for your hard work, we really love the final finish 👍
