My brief was ‘Boutique Hotel Bathroom’ .

The results have exceeded my expectations.
The attention to detail is amazing and my requirements were surpassed.

Absolutely love our bathroom from Blaydon Bathrooms. From the initial enquiry, through measuring up, to meeting Nina at the showroom and her showing us the proposed plans to the actual fitting, we were kept informed and treated very well by a fantastic local company. We went into the whole process with little idea of what we wanted/needed and Blaydon Bathrooms have transformed our dated bathroom into something with a real wow factor. Shout out too to the fitters - Adam and his team from AH Plumbing - who worked like absolute trojans, were so respectful of our home and kept us in the loop at all times.

Massive thanks to Blaydon Bathrooms for doing such an amazing job on our recent bathroom renovation.
We especially want to thank Jack for designing the layout and helping us make the best use of our space. His attention to detail was second to none at every stage, and he made some great suggestions for tiles and finishes. Nothing was ever a problem and Jack made sure that every last little detail was completed to perfection. He’s also one of the nicest, politest people you’ll ever meet.
Also huge thanks to Paul and his team for fitting the bathroom beautifully. He clearly takes great pride in his work and was one of the tidiest, most respectful workmen we’ve ever had in the house.
I would absolutely recommend this company. Their choice of bathrooms, design ideas, customer service and after-sales care really are exceptional. Thank you to everyone involved - you did us proud.

A friend used Blaydon bathroom's about a year ago. He said they were great with the installation of his new bathroom. So I give them a ring. "WOW"!!!! What i can say! They did the job on time, no hidden cost, kept me informed from day to day on the progress. Now the owner of a fantastic looking modern bathroom.

completed second bathroom single handedly ( never complained and always so polite and takes immense pride in his work ) Any snags were quickly dealt with by Dan and options given to improve along the way .
Delighted with the outcome of our two bathrooms .
Stil 5* , my only hope is that as a company you dont put too heavy a demand on your excellent teams . Dan and Steve had to start their next job before fully completing ours and as a result Dan had to work very late evenings coming back to us off his full day elsewhere . Not his fault and he never complained and we accepted it as his workmanship is excellent but still does not seem fair .

This is a first class bathroom supplier. We had many of their workmen into our home and they were all brilliant. From the initial design consultation with Kevin to installation. We were given great insight to the possibilities of what we could achieve in our home. They went over and above. I have had two bathrooms, cloak renovation and shed shower renovation carried out by this business. The standard is top class and customer service is amazing. All they care about are happy customers. I highly recommend them to anyone, a trustworthy business through and through. A big shout out to Gareth great fitter too!

Excellent 5 star service from walking through the showroom door. We got talking to jack very helpfull gentleman who showed us round the showroom an asked what kind of bathroom we were after .he gave us various options an drew us up some plans an photos of what bathroom would look like. We went back to showroom to see Jack again hes very helpfull an Nothing is any trouble to him an there was never any pressure to go ahead . We agreed to go ahead an it was 110% the right choice . All the tradesmen that came to the house were very polite an friendly .they always cleaned up an done an amazing job. Couldn't be happier with the finished job. Jack kept in touch throughout the whole job start to finish an came out to have a look of the finished job to make sure he was happy with it.

Excellent service from start to finish. From Jack designing the bathroom to Adam and Brian fitting it. Started on time and worked everyday to a clean and high standard. Would highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms and the fitting team.

A fantastic experience from start to finish with this company. Jack was the marvel behind this! He has been the ultimate professional throughout. He listened to our wish list and our needs designing a great vision then showing us options from a great variety in the showroom. Once we decided, he then made sure everything was put in place. Dates and timescales were agreed and the transformation began. Jack was always available if there was any issue, problem or change which was extremely reassuring. Project management at its best.
Now thanks to Ian the fitter who execute a fantastic job. He was always on time, hard working, professional, friendly and approachable as well as happy to explain things to us. Fantastic guy who is worth his weight in gold! Shay the tiler worked so hard to get the job finished. His skill was outstanding creating a superb finish. Try he attention to detail is phenomenal. Thank you to you all for creating an absolutely fantastic bathroom for us!! I’m sure you are creating somebody else’s dream right now!

Absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom! Jack's design was spot on - stylish, practical, and exactly what we were hoping for. As of today we are now the proud “ owners” of an absolutely beautiful modern classy bathroom. From the beginning to the end everyone who has been involved in the fitting of our new bathroom have been so professional friendly and very helpful and first class in every way in carrying out their job. You give them your likes dislikes colour schemes etc and then they design the bathroom around that. In our case we wanted a walk in shower and materials that are low maintenance easy to look after as we are not as mobile as we used to be. Jack designed the bathroom and there was not one thing that I changed I loved the materials and the design that he had created It has took 9 days to complete. The two lads who fitted it were brilliant , working extremely hard and very efficiently. They never stopped. Paul and his brother Joe “ The A Team”. Not one complaint or moan from them. Well not that I heard. The materials used were of the highest quality and no shortcuts taken. I absolutely love my new bathroom and I am ( and my husband too) one very happy customer and would have no hesitation in recommending Blaydon Bathrooms to anyone. Thank you so much and also for the lovely flowers and beers from you thanking us for picking you. Very much appreciated. From the planning to the installation first class service and fantastic team. Lots of inspiration in the show room with a lot of choice for everyone’s taste. Jack was great with the planning and was always patient when we altered some of the fixtures and fittings. The installation team Dan & Steve were on time, professional and approachable, working hard in hot conditions during the very warm weather. They cleaned up every day and answered any queries we had. One of the owners Kevin visited during the week to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing . A few days after completion we had a visit from Jack to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with our new bathroom.
We are delighted with our new look bathroom and would recommend Blaydon bathrooms to anyone who is looking to upgrade and update

We are absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom! We were looked after by Jack, who is an absolute superstar!! Steph came out to measure up, then we had a walk around the showroom to give Jack an idea of what sort of things we liked, then he presented us with the design. It was stunning! There is plenty of choice, but not too much, which can be overwhelming. They had exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. We had the two Kevs as are fitters and they, together with Jack are a credit to the company. A special shout out to Big Kev for all of the work he put into it. He too is a superstar. Excellent at what he does, extremely knowledgeable, and is a pleasure to be around. He got on so well with our two kids too, and they have even said how much they miss him! The standard of work from everyone involved in our bathroom project was superb. The twin tilers and Kieran worked non stop to get our complicated tiling done in a day. The electricians, the plasterer Sean and the painter Craig were also super speedy, good craic and of an excellent standard.

We are so grateful for the efforts of the whole team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blaydon Bathrooms. Extra special thanks to Jack and Big Kev for all that they did and for taking such good care of everything. We really are extremely grateful. Julie & Chris

Wow where do I start? We are so happy with everything from Jack and the planning to Dan and Steven the fitters and everyone in between we honestly can’t thank you all enough. The process was so easy and Jack made 100% sure we were happy even when we decided to give them more than just a bathroom to do. Dan and Steven were amazing making sure we were ok and tidying up every day. They took 2 weeks to complete. When the work was completed took us round what had been done and made sure we were happy. It’s not often I am quiet however I just can’t put into words how happy we are. Thank you so much…always a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea for you lol… Massive thank you again Kevin and Vicky x

I decided on Blaydon Bathrooms as the company I wanted to refit my old and tired bathroom, based entirely on their Instagram profile and reels. They did not disappoint.
From the very outset, the staff, in particular Nina, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked with me for quite some time until the design was just right for me. The support they gave during the whole process was first class. Their design and product range was absolutely brilliant and the fitters from NBS Bathrooms were also excellent. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
