Our system detected your account as a part of a syndicate. We are zero tolerance for any fraudulent activity and according to our T&C 13.4.1 'we have reasonable grounds to believe that You have participated in or have been connected with any form of Prohibited Practice (and the basis of our belief shall include the use by us (and by our gaming partners and our other suppliers) of any fraud, cheating and collusion detection practices which are used in the gambling and gaming industry at the relevant time);

Thus, your account and related ones were blocked. Winnings were voided as well. We have checked your complaint and see that as soon as you reported the issue with the particular game, your case was immediately escalated to the provider. Based on the fact that every game vendor has its own procedure, it took some time to get the final resolution. Unfortunately, by the time we received a response from the game vendor and wanted to provide you with the solution, your account had been closed as per your request.
