DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid £65 for a jacket which never arrived. No response. Paid by credit card, card company investigating. AVOID unless you want to be ripped off!

Ordered heated gloves in Jan 2024. Paid 49.99. Gloves never arrived. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. Fortunately for me American Express refunded my money. As others have said , avoid this "company".

If I could give a minus zero I would. Please, Please listen to me when I tell you not to buy from this Moroccan scammer, This is one lad who has made a good looking site with fake reviews. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN HE SCAMS YOU AND SENDS YOU CHEAP CHINESE CRAP. BE WARNED........

This should be zero stars, item ordered turned out nothing like the picture, cheap tat, will not answer calls or emails. Bought through klana so am discussing this with them now and will hopefully get my money back.

If I could I would give 0. Rubbish from start to finish.

As many others, I ordered a Heated Gilet on 10th December from Blemnon after watching the Channel 4 program ‘The Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide’.
I eventually received the item on the 2nd January, however there is no battery pack with it so it is completely useless and the garment is cheap and nothing like the article on the TV program.
I have e-mailed and messaged them constantly to return the item or provide the battery pack but to no avail. This company is not what it appears and has made a killing on the back of the channel 4 programme leaving us all out of pocket and Christmas presents short. I notice the channel 4 ultimate Christmas gift guide QR link no longer has the gilet on its site so they are aware there is a problem. I would never have bought this if it wasn’t for the show, they need to take some responsibility. A disappointing and expensive mistake, would advice no one to buy from this company.

Absolutely rubbish product & parts missing. Was long time to be delivered. No response from Blemnon after complaint email. Certainly feels like a scam 🙄

Ordered a jacket for the OH from this company and when it arrived it was much too small and made of really cheap material - didnt look anything like the quality of the picture online. I emailed them to say I wanted to return it (very nicely) but received no response - then contacted them via the help desk - also no response so now I've raised it with Citizens Advice/Trading Standards...the company also charge you to return goods which is illegal (according to CA/TS). Awful company - huge mistake to order from them - if it looks too good to be true it probably is :(

I have e-mailed on 3 different email addresses (with read/delivery receipts set, one bounces straight back as an unknown address, the other 2 are not read) to return the item, and have called the number which goes straight to voice mail and no call back.

Do not buy anything from this company . I ordered a coat and what came in the post (4 weeks later) looked nothing like what I had ordered . I was disgusted with what I received. Nobody has replied to my email requesting a full refund either!! This company is a joke and they shouldn’t be aloud to trade !! Beware

Scam company! I am in the same position as many others here. I ordered a heated gilet after watching the gift guide on Ch4, it didn’t arrive - apparently still in transit (16/12/24)
They appear to have another company called Cozyfit who are offering the same goods, same phone number but different address.
The number is a dud, they never respond to emails. I’ve contacted my bank for a refund - hopeful I know. I contacted Channel 4 and the production company to complain as a lot of people like myself will have purchased from recommendation off the back of the tv programme. Kicking myself for not adhering to the “sounds too good to be true” thoughts that rang clear and loud.

This is a Chinese company and goods are sent from china, or not sent at all.
Nothing has arrived after a 4 week wait, tracking number useless.
They don’t answer phone or email.

Disgusting I ordered this for my dad who as prostate cancer after seeing it on Josie gibsons Christmas show. I assumed it would be a genuine product it still as not been dispatched it as really upset me it was for my dads Christmas present he is always cold bless him please don't order

Hi Guys , I would recommande you all not to use this site , they are absolutely bad I have been and still waiting for my product for over 2,weeks now . Well I was informed according to the site it Will only take , 5/6 working days

I no longer think this is a Scam. I can confirm it is 100% a scam The jacket has finally but OMG, the quality is pathetic. Not even remotely close to the image used in the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Do not buy from this Company. I placed an order on 4 December, had order confirmation but when tried to track it says no order found. Have tried to email and phone to no avail. I can only assume that something is not quite right. Thought I was getting a good deal on a jacket but probably too good to be true. Be aware!

Fraudulent company; do not order. Order placed well over 2 weeks ago and still has not arrived. They claim to refund you if it hasn't arrived within 14 days but are fully non-responsive. Reporting to financial ombudsman.

Returns process requires you to send request to company for details of how to return. Contacted company repeatedly with no response. They clearly don’t reply to emails on help-at-blemnon.co.uk! Phone number published is a UK mobile which is also never answered +447450558136. Intend to report this to Trading Standard as this Company should not be allowed to trade with such poor quality of goods and non-existent customer service.

Ordered a swimsuit for my wife, which arrived 2 weeks late and was of poor quality when it arrived. Contacted via email and voicemail left but no reply. Avoid this company!!
