chasing spare screws - extraordinary service
I purchased blinds from another supplier (interstate) but could get no help when trying to get replacement screws (and Bunnings et al could not help either). I called Blinds on the Net and Vincent went straight into service mode. After a couple of emails to confirm the size etc via photos, he landed on the right ones.
